What's with the Crimmy attitude?

I have been a businessman for well over 25 years. I have run several successful businesses in NYC. I can't for the life of me understand the attitude that some companies openly display to their customers. I was on the Dr. Crimmy's FB page earlier this morning and I was shocked at the sheer arrogance and snarkiness the administrators use when conversing with customers. It seems like you can not even make a suggestion on their page without being flamed, ridiculed, or made fun of. What a horrible way to do business in an ultra competitive market. Zach Rosing and the other admins of this page are going to slowly but surely kill this guys business with their antics on this page. This company acts like they are the only juice company in the world. I love their product but the attitude they display is really making me think twice about ever ordering from them again. Who wants to deal with a company like that when you have places like Verde Valley Vapes that bend over backwards for you, run sales, throw in samples, offer sample packs, ship fast, produce quality juice and appreciate your business. Crimmy really needs to get their act together. Its a shame because the product is great but their whole attitude really sucks.

They mix e-liquid in filth and seem to specialize in diacetyl-rich e-liquids. They just know they will be out of business soon...

Yeah, at least a dozen people have messaged me from the FB page. Some of them have been there a lot longer than I. All of them agree about the attitude problem. According to most of them this is just the way this guy runs his business and the employee attitude is highly reflective of the owners. What a shame. Well at least some good came out of this. I sent a bunch of the people that messaged me over to Verde Valley. I would much rather see them get the business. So far they deserve it.

After the remodle pictures of the open air toilet in the middle of the lab, I kind of do not trust enough to wear the proper protection gear. let alone wash their damned hands.

If I wanted shit particles and bug shit on the mixing funnels I would go mix my diy in a porta shitter at a music fest.

Crimmeys went downhill when he wasnt making and shipping juice himself...Its the goblins he has working for him brought the shit into the workshop and the last location/its still the same location though LOL had a toilets in he MIXING/CLEAN ROOM WTF???. Die Hard Crimmy fans defend him but they know in the back of their minds the real story but will back him up till he stops producing juice. Dont worry about the fanboys on their pages, just dont think they will do anything but ignore and troll you if you comment.

They really are childish and brainwashed. Make any type of constructive suggestion and the infantile Amber Army come running to her defense. I just don't understand how in this day and age you can have admins talking to your customers in such a rude manner. Believe me the people they attack were not being mean spirited, vicious or confrontational in any way. All they did was offer up some friendly suggestions and man did they get bent out of shape. Then when some people voice their opposing opinion they delete the thread. They really don't do themselves any favors on that page. They are better off just not having one if they are going to run it like that.

It's a shame because I like their stuff but their attitude is horrible. I guess this is what happens when you get raised with 8th place trophies and participation medals. You grow up not knowing what the real world is like. It's like my Grandpa always said "The best lesson is a bought one". They've been buying one for quite a while now. SMH

lol from the comments I'm not sure if some of yall even order from Crimmys. They go way beyond typical customer service to help you out. They ship super fast and if you aren't happy with the flavor they almost always send you something else. Because of all the drama their sales almost tripled so I'm sure they are like start some more drama anytime.

There are other just as courteous juice makers on the forum, like VVV....with no bathroom in the mixroom or lies to their customers.

Really? Either you live around the corner from them or you never ordered from them because I don't know anyone that ever ordered from Crimmy that would describe their shipping as super fast. Their turnaround time on juice orders is well below the industry standard. A typical order from Crimmy from the time you place the order till the time it hits your door is 6-10 days. I've ordered juice from Yaeliq in Israel and it was at my door in 8 days. Order from Verde Valley Vapes and my order is at my door in 3 days. Same for Doodlebugs, Mt. Baker, and Vape Wild. Truth be told I have never had problem with them to resolve so I really can not speculate on whether they make things right or not when there is a mistake. What I can speculate on is the poor way they run their FB page. To have Admins running their page that degrade, flame, ridicule, and make fun of their own customers is inexcusable. When legitimate customers make requests for sample packs, volume discounts, and sales they should not be made fun of or dismissed in an arrogant and abusive manner. That is not good business in any industry especially one as competitive as this. Call me crazy but in my world that falls under the section of poor customer service. Oh and by the way, if the whole moving mixing drama was so good for business how come every time someone even mentions it on their page the post gets deleted. If something like that tripled my sales then I'd encourage it not hide it. That's just an absolutely ridiculous statement.

Not the real problem from everything I've heard.
Take the following into consideration.(It could take quite sometime to receive an order from "Timeless Vapor" however the wait will always be worth it.)
As I understand it the real problem with Crimmy is the whole (F.U. !!! attitude) he takes with all his customers. Not to mention lack of consistency in any of his stuff.

I've ordered from them in the past, prior to the pics. They weren't terrible, but not great either.
I've found much better places with similar or better pricing, and much better juice.

Mech sauce has been pretty good. Mt. Baker was ok, shipping was slow.

Vape Wild however, has ruined me. I live in rural Wisconsin, and if I order late Saturday, it's here by Wednesday or Thursday. Juices have blown away almost any "premium" juice I've had, but you have to let some of it steep a week or 2. Pricing is low enough I'm ordering almost weekly.

There are way too many juice vendors to deal with crappy ones. Places will need to step up their business game or fade away. I have a feeling Crimmy may be the first example.

I was going to order some of their juice a while back but when they didn't respond to my email question regarding ship time, I decided against it. After I saw the pic of their "lab" and "clean room" (read bathroom) I'm glad I never ordered. While many businesses see social media as a bane on their existence, its exactly the opposite. Social media gives you free advertising and an easy way to interact with customers. Use it right and its an ace, use it wrong and its a death blow... Fuck Crimmy's.

Wow! I just read the whole thread and all of the attachments. So basically the guy that started all of this shit (pun intended) on the Crimmy side is still working for them and running their FB page. Unbelievable! This guy obviously does not know how to converse with people and has not learned anything from the experience. To have him still represent your company after a fiasco like that is pure idiocy. Makes you wonder where their head is at and what kind of other poor business decisions and shortcuts are being taken.

It's not just their poor business decisions that suck.I'm not sure if you have ever tasted their stuff or not.But take into consideration that the last time I vaped Crimmy Bears I noticed 2 things. That the e-liquid smelled like nasty pastrami and tasted like Nuoc Mam*.

I can't say the product is bad. I actually like everything I ever ordered from them. I will admit that I did give them a try after seeing the whole fiasco take place. However, after seeing the way they treat their customers and finding out that they have not terminated nor corrected the person that started the whole internet drama I'm really not sure if I will ever order again. It really says a lot about their lack of management and business sense. Like the old saying goes "I can't hear what you're saying because your actions speak louder than your words".

Why? Like I stated in previous posts on this thread every time someone disagrees or challenges them, or calls them out the admins delete the thread. Truth be told I really don't care enough to take a screen shot, its just not worth my time. Many other people on this thread have backed me up concerning the overall bad attitude of the admins on their FB page and employees.

Then why not do it live? Go on their FB page and ask them why they don't offer sample packs, free samples, volume discounts, and sales like all the other juice companies and see what happens. Maybe some of the trolls there are watching this thread and might have learned something.

I am genuinely curious what promotion/advertising techniques they use. They obviously are a successful juice company despite having a viral set of photos about their horrible juice filling room; they are known for horrbile customer service; someone even made that URL shitparticles.com that points to their site....

yet they are STILL in business, and for all we know, thriving. Hell, deucesjack here ordered from them AFTER he saw the juice room! What the heck is so special about them? Considering there are seemingly countless juice vendors out there, yet people still go to this crimmy's vendor...

HOW DO THEY DO IT?

Well like I said they do make good juice. I love their Raspberry OD and French Vanilla OD. I just can't stand their attitude towards customers. In all my posts I have never once knocked their actual product. However, that being said after using V3 and loving it I don't think I will be ordering from them anymore. I just need V3 to come up with a Raspberry flavor and I'll be set.

So far from what I've seen the girl who runs things there is pretty diplomatic. Its the 2 idiots that run the FB page that I have a problem with. Believe it or not though since I posted this thread those two fools have been behaving. Maybe someone there woke up and had a talk with them. Lets see how long it lasts.

I'm loving how the Crimmy Army is creating new accounts here. Just to troll on this thread.

Here's one just for you guys. :D

Yeah I saw that to. All the pro Crimmy posts are new accounts. They just think they are so much smarter than everyone else. Then again, that's what got them in so much trouble to begin with. Time to pay for another lesson. Lol

You do realize that there is a subsection of the world, that doesn't actually do social media.

I don't FB, Twitter, InstaGram, or any of that other horse****. I find real life a bit too complicated as is, without adding 50,000 idiots to it. It's also happier :)

But I do agree with your point of view on this one. It's difficult to believe they are still selling juice, even to those that saw the video.

Yeah they're definitely trolling this thread. Lol. All of the sudden there are a bunch of phony stories about how great their customer service is. One guy even claims he ordered 500ml and he received the wrong order on Friday. On Monday before he even got a chance to inform them of their mistake there was another 500ml of the correct order sitting in his mail box. Yeah right! I call total bullshit. Don't believe it for a second. What a sad day for a company when you have to make up customer service stories because you don't have any real ones to use. Smfh.

Apparently I live under a rock... I usually get my order within 7 days was a lil longer back late last year but it's no biggie when I normally order 125-500ml and never wait until I'm out. I've tried tons of budget juices and for me Crimmys is one of my favorites. When I was in Georgia last December Aj Dean was kind enough to give me a tour of their facility and it's nothing anywhere near the photos posted by convicted vapes. But either way all this drama did was give both sides more fans.

Also the guy probably isn't lying totally... I've been unhappy with a few flavors and they "Amber Dean" instantly mailed out a replacement of my choice.
