Does glass vs. plastic make a big difference to shelf life? I have most of my liter in the HDPE (LDPE? It's from MFS) bottle it arrived in and the rest decanted into glass in the fridge. I know this will have been answered elsewhere, but is there a known leaching issue with these plastics as well,?
Thanks for the link, Kent!I would transfer to amber or cobalt glass.
This is discussed on Nude Nic wesite : http://www.nudenicotine.com/category/e-liquid-chemistry-education/
I have one of those soda makers. It's in storage 1000 miles away, but I'll get it eventually...and it's good to know about this idea. I've heard of doing it with.. I think it was argon. In fact, I think I was reading about that on the Nude Nicotine site many moons ago. I'll look into this. Thanks for the info.I have a soda maker with a rubber tube attached so i can purge the oxygen with CO2 (heavier than oxygen) every time I use the nicotine. I started this practice when I bought some VT nicotine 7 months ago. It's still as clean as the day I bought it.

I keep the nic at room temperature in an amber bottle. I make all my juices at 3mg nic, so it took quite some time to go through that first bottle of nicotine. The last of that bottle was just as clean as the new one I recently opened.Hey Seehad, do you use the soda maker for nic you're storing in the freezer or nic you leave out to use?
Would this help prolong oxidation with working nic I leave out at room temperature stored in an amber bottle in a dark place?

Primo soda maker (uses standard co2 canister that you can refill)That sounds promising!! Any chance you can share that soda maker and rubber tube attachment? Is it included or is it something I have to Macgyver together?
