Rda just for tasting juices.

I like to hang out at the local b&m and just try juice every once in a while, or try juice I order before possibly wasting a coil in a tank. Ive currently got a turbo v2 so its dual coil only so I like to only rewick once a day at most, I'm just looking for a cheap small single coil only rda (with half decent flavor) I can just try juice on. I'm open to anything so what does everyone else do to try juice?

You might want to consider a bridgeless atomizer. It uses no cotton, and can literally drip one drop at a time. Make sure you get one labeled as "Cisco Spec" if you get one. They're inexpensive, too.

Here's a stock photo of what I have:

You can get 2 atties plus an extra drip tip of your choice for $17.99 from Avid Vapor.
I keep a small dropper bottle of PG with mine, and use a drop in between flavors to help clean out the previous flavor.

Are they rebuildable though? I read through and it doesn't really say, and kind of of battery can I get away with, I've got two boxes and a spinner right now.

You can use either boxes or spinners. There's nothing to rebuild - that's the beauty of "bridgeless". Just use it to taste, add a drop of PG to clear the last flavor (not necessary, but I like to do it), then try your next flavor. They are definitely not for vaping constantly on, but are fantastic for taste testing. They are not meant to replace an RDA.

i have done wickless coils for just tasting juice. sort of massive but helpful in those situations.

How do you do your wick less coils?
Another option is get a 18mm rda use ready x wick

This one is bad ass! I'm gonna try it - I have the stuff to do it.

Twisted Messes came up with one. It is a BEAST and needs decent post holes.
Thats ridiculous, but I don't have the power for that lol. I'd be better off going with a single coil rda and just rewicking every couple flavors or using the bridgless in the second post.

I've got a green one. You're gonna have to drill out the air hole if you want any flavor.

Holy sheepshit that's pricey! I picked up a handful when they were like $10 for a 5-pack when the old 510 atties were going out of style...I used an Igo-L (recommended by another poster) with like 30g Kanthal and 10 wraps around the smallest wire I could find for a wickless tester before I got into long-term testing.

I usually bring 2 RDA's and have fun testing
One for fruits and the other for deserts or custards.
I might change wicks a couple of times if I really find a juice I want to savor and dissect.

Most people share also, just bring extra Drip tips.

My local is a great vape hangout to give opinions and try low builds just to see what they are like as I usually day in the .3 - .5 range

I use a patriot. It has awesome flavor and you can tell if your juice is good or needs something added IMO.

I run my normal RDAs with just claptons coils no cotton, they hold enough juice for two good inhales and then you can use another juice since you have no wick.

I like the Igo-l idea that was good...disposable atties suck ass....get a little derringer put a fused clapton coil in it you won't need a wick just to taste, or put a ss mesh wick in a dripper, your can dry burn it after each flavor.

Okay, I tried this, and it works great! Just a simple 28g around 22g kanthal. The 2nd pic shows it positioned really close to the deck (Patriot RDA). Just tilt it to get another hit if there's any extra juice left in the well.

@blakemorder You can do this with pretty much any RDA...

That looks great, I'll have to pick up some higher gauge wire to try make a Clapton work well

I'm running that one at 85+ watts. It comes in at 0.26Ω. You don't need to use the same gauge I did. 32g wrapped around 28 gauge is fine, also.

The wick less coil, not twisted messes one. Is basically a clapton around twisted 24 with 28 on outside just spaced out a bit, I assume to hold more liquid on the coil than a regular clapton.
