hit "forums" button, go down to "Builders corner". Read.... read.... and read some more. It will seem like a bunch to take in but you will pick up on it. Don't worry about juice so much as your coil. After time you will gravitate to a juice.

It does use magnets for the fire button but inside for the telescoping part there is a spring... at least the early version that I had did. I always had a problem with that mod. It was intermittent as crap!

Absolutely you can make your juice. I haven't yet but am looking into it. Focus on building coils then redirect your attention to new things such as juice making.

Lots of good advice for a beginner, especially a beginner trying to use mech mods, which can be dangerous if you're not being smart. Please, spend 20 minutes there, come back and let us know if you have any questions, or check out the appropriate sub-forums (coils for coils, batteries for batteries, etc.) for more info, though in that link above there are also a lot more links with info on how to build your coils, thread wicks through, keep from blowing yourself up, etc...good luck.

See, there is so much to learn here when you just adult a little! Juices will really depend on what flavors you like and don't like. Read their profiles. If you want to try different juices but not spend a bunch of money (that underwear must add up after a while) I suggest TMaxx's no frills line. They are 6 bucks for a 30 ml bottle. I am vaping the Strawberry Donut right now and loving it. There is also Mech Sauce which offers very low cost juice and I think Hermetic Steam is doing a 5 30ml bottle for 30 bucks deal until the end of August. It's all about finding what you like. Also, check out some of the reviews in the reviews subfourm. That will give you a good idea of how people are liking certain juices.

I'll admit to being the first, but not the second - though I do have a handful of gay tenants in a couple of my urban apartment buildings - they're some of my favorite people, always pay their rent on time, great sense of humor, killer decorating skills...it's my East County tenants that refer to themselves by their race like it's a defining characteristic (i.e. "cholo," "white boy," or "that word white people aren't supposed to say in polite company") that I usually have a problem with.
I probably wouldn't be your boss, though - most of the self-proclaimed "white boys" I hire don't last a week when they see how hard me and my darker-complexioned employees are willing to work, and that what you look like or where you're from doesn't get you an inch farther in my operation than what you can get done and how little attitude you can throw at the rest of us while doing it.

I came to the pay it forward section asking for help with one thing, an rda, because I actually need help (someone has already offered, and as soon as they let me know they've sent it out, I will mark my thread for closing). I'm also paying it forward by donating my pen to sponsor a smoker. This is not a section to ask for free stuff so you can "try before you buy" (your exact words). You disrespect everyone here. Especially with no attempt at proper grammar. It's ignorant. There are people who actually need help with things more than you do, and here you are asking for free gear so you can "try before you buy". Here's an idea. Try walking into a vape shop and let them know what you are looking for or what you need help with. If the OP really wants to know how to build coils, wick them properly, and blow big clouds all he has to do is use his phone to check out (read/research) the sub forums and search for and watch youtube videos. As previous posters have pointed out, he has equipment to do it. There are also sub forums and videos on DIY also. All it takes is time and effort to learn. I did it that way and didn't have anyone holding my hand or spoon feeding me. If I had a question about something I wasn't sure of I asked it in the appropriate forum and received the help in understanding that I needed.

And maybe try a TESLA 2 Box mod. I have one and it packs a punch. It has internal batteries and 40amp limit. UNREGULATED I do have a INCUBUS it takes Dual 18650s in series. It's a nice Mod and cool setup Gun clip style mod. I also have SEGELEI Legend vv VW with gravity sensing Those two I'd be willing to part within exchange for something else. I really want to trade for a X Cube 2 but no luck yet. But my others I'm keeping. The incubus I love to but I want something else. Something that has screen or atleast a light on it

I'm not sure if the OP is even following this thread anymore, he hasn't responded for a good while now. But I do agree with what you are saying. I feel exactly the same way. The pay it forward section is not for people who just don't feel like paying for stuff. It's for people in actual need. I posted here because I'm unemployed. People stepped up to help me, and I was very grateful, having received more than I asked for. I'm using an unregulated device, and I still don't have an ohm checker but I haven't asked here because I've already been helped so much. I have a multimeter but the readings jump around so much idk the exact resistance of my coils. It does work to test for continuity, but that's all I can really trust it for. At least I know when I build a coil its not going to have a short right off the bat. So I don't blow my face off. But when I try to check resistance, the readings always fluctuate up and down. Anyway, the OP has been given a lot of good advice, yours included. But like I said, he hasn't responded for quite awhile so we don't really know how he is taking the advice or whether it's really helped him. I hope it has, but more than that I hope he has changed his attitude.

If I had a short in my coil, it wouldn't fire at all and if it was a dead short, my battery would vent. I always test for continuity. Testing for continuity means verifying that electricity flows from one end of a wire to the other. I test for continuity before installing the coil, and again before firing it. The resistance readings jump around because the multimeter is "el cheapo". I got it for free with a coupon at harbor freight.

Yeah I dropped mine and it started doing that too. But when I tore it apart it was shorted inside and the wires were barely touching. I have a really good one and if you have a short in the addy or the coil it will fluctuate up and down And if you try to fire on a mech it depends where the short is but I have seen the coil just melt away with short. And then the one time the atty shorted around the positive terminal and burnt my TESLA ONE IM WAY MORE CAREFUL ABOUT USING CHEAP OHM READERS AND SHORTS AND STUFF. YOU HAVE TO BE CAREFUL WITH THIS SHIT
