They seem to be extremely popular, but ive heard to always stay away from them as well. Could some of you pros chime in and let me know what your opinion of fasttech is? Is it safe to order from them? I mean what is their problem to have such a bad rep, yet very popular?

Actually their warranty and customer service are very good but you need to do a little research on the items you purchase from them , disregard the reviews on there but do pay attention to the conversations regarding the item , you'll get more specific information . Also be prepared to wait 2 weeks on the average to receive your purchase since it's being shipped out of Hong Kong . You can get some excellent bargains from them , I don't hesitate to do business with them . Most of the badmouthing of Fasttech comes from the anti-clone faction . I'm part of the I don't give a fuck , I'll spend my money as I please faction . :)

There will always be china vendor haters. I've ordered many times from FT. You just have to do some reading in the comments sections and make up your mind if you wanna grab an item. I avoid most of the reviews and stick to the discussion sections. I usually average about 7-10 days depending on wether the stuff i order is avail for next day shipment. Sometimes your order will be delayed if you have 1 item that is 5 days out til ready to ship. You have to keep an eye on the status(next day, 3 days, 5 days, etc).

Agreed above...there is a bunch of clones of the same mod...you might see 5 or 6 versions of one clone..Not all of them are equal in quality..Some of the lower priced one actually are good but i look for the item with the most sales..If one clone has sold 300 and another 10 this tells me a little story behind what to choose.

Shipping can be like said to be 2 week but sometimes can be a full month..Always check to see if its in stock and they tell you how many days before a certain product will ship...it might be 5 days after your order before they have one to ship to you.

I bought a nemesis clone then realized i forgot to buy upgrade magnets for the switch...that was 2 weeks before even shipped because their supplier was backed up..Took over a month to get the magnets..i traded the mod b4 i got them and still have them..lol

Shipping can take up to a month depending on when you order it as well....if you order getting close to Christmas or around Chinese new year you're going to wait way longer than usual.

I am repeating what others have said above but it's spot on...when I first started buying from them I just bought what I thought looked good and then I got the biggest waste of metal of a mech mod I've gotten out of everything...only mod I popped a protection circuit on a protected battery with back when we still used those, horrible threating, always loose, never a solid connection on anything....and if I had read the conversation about that mod I would have known that before I ever bought it....

Then I started reading and participating in their discussions on the website's forum, you learn there is a regular group there that buys and discusses everything and they will talk about whether an item is good or bad, and if they had to tinker with it or not to make it work right or if it was hopeless....

I got my first Nemesis clone from them there, it was the first brass one they came out with, and it was and still is one of the best mechs I've ever had it was like 20 bucks, and then I got the aluminum tubes from them for a few bucks and it worked even better, I gave it to a friend when he started getting more and more into vaping and a year and a half later it's still as good as the day I got it. As long as you're willing to wait for shipping and do a little homework reading on the website you can get some great deals at a great price. I buy the plastic windows for my Kayfun Lite Plus V2 there, yup the clone one's fit the authentic and better and cheaper than the authentic SM brand ones I've ordered in the past that were a waste of money...I seem to drop my kayfun once a month and pop it apart ruining the plastic threads....for me it's totally worth ordering every spare part I can from them....most of them time I can make the spare parts work on other brands with little to no effort and for pennies on the dollar.

Just thought I'd share my experience in a little detail to help put your mind at ease about shopping there...but if you need something in a hurry than order it from a stateside store just the same...happy shopping :) Oh...I almost forgot....every year around November they put up their once a year Christmas coupon...that's when the wait times get long but it's definitely worth the wait to save even more on their already low price...and you can always cancel your order before it's ships or return or exchange something if you have a problem...yes it's a long process because of shipping but I've never had a problem doing it other than a test of patience :)

Like others stated, they are safe to buy from, but don't be in a hurry for your shipment to arrive. The last order we placed with FT took about 3 weeks to arrive.

Small, simple orders of in-stock items ship reasonably fast.
Larger orders including items "expected" in 3 days or 5 days can take much much longer than the original time they claim. A different item will go out of stock before the missing one is restocked. Break it up into multiple orders to get in-stock stuff together. If you're in no rush, the $savings can be substantial.

As long as you are in no immediate need of the items you order you are fine.

Just look at it as one day in the future you will have a bag of goodies unexpectedly show up in your mailbox.

I've ordered from them with reasonable shipping times except for one complete lemon. I ordered a Mutation X V2 clone and it took two months to receive it. When I did receive it, the quality was so bad that the steel tube would not fit the build deck at all, it was a fraction of a milimeter too small in diameter! The good news was that I just wanted it for the top cap to accessorize my authentic V3, so nothing lost. But, had I been awaitng patiently for the entire unit the whole experience would have sucked big time.
Overall, I have to give it to Fast Tech for excellent communication. I received frequent status updates and they really did stay on top of my order without me needing to contact them.
Yes, the product sucked but most items they sell are decent to excellent.

The short answer... YES
I've ordered from them 100's of times... I recommend China e-Packet for the fastest shipping. Batteries will make shipping time longer. If you are looking for authentic... be sure it says "Authentic" in the item title.

I have ordered from them and received everything and had a smooth transaction. The problem was that I had stopped using the tank, coils and ego type batteries by the time I received my order. Not a problem though because I PIFed them to new vapors. I too was very cautious of ordering from China and was pleasantly surprised by how smoothly it went. I have been considering ordering again though but am switching sub tanks so much I fear the same thing would happen, lol. My fault though not theirs.

I forgot to add seeing what local vape stores are marking up their product was shocking!! I realize overhead and all that but with the quantity they are making a killing.

Thanks a ton as usual guys. Is there a mega store like them in the US? Waiting so long doesn't appeal to me right now. Ive dealt with discountvapers.com quite a bit and they have been great but they don't have many brands/things.

Ft is fine for small stuff, get my drip tips and other little things like that from them that I simply couldn't find anywhere else, like the little rubber ego stands they sell, got 2 and ive never seen them anywhere else. Definitely read through the discussions and reviews before u buy anything. I wont buy mods/batteries from them anymore due to a very bad clone I got once, but I bought a clone tank once that I'm using right now and works just fine. Just be prepared to wait.

I thought that flag was removed from exsistence?
it'll just give it more power and increase sales. it was just a flag rarely hung up before, now it's a big symbol. if they wanted to remove it from the statehouse they shouldve done it quietly. like other methods of censorship in the recent PC hysteria, whatever they censor just becomes more powerful and festers. and no i dont consider the removal of the flag from the statehouse censorship...i consider the mass PC hysteria surrounding the flag now a de facto censorship.

I have never had a bad ship from China . That being said I have had some long wait time (three weeks about). Since the are almost the cheapest all the time they are very busy. We're talking world wide.

I'll always order the things I don't need in a hurry from China. I can pay 1/4-1/3 of the price for most of what I need ordering from them. Fasttech has always been good to me (except one battery order I ended up cancelling), and I've ordered tons of my DIY supplies from eBay vendors (just no fluids). I'll start buying exclusively American when American vendors stop ripping me off.

If FT is selling an authentic item,,it will say it in the description , clones will have something different i.e. like ,type etc etc

You know what's funny about that list? 101Vapes is on there...I don't know if they're "authorized" or not but everything Kanger I've ever bought from them has come out authentic and verified by Kanger's website and I am sure I am not the only one so if Kanger's website says that my store is selling me fake stuff but their own security code they put on the damn box is telling me that it's authentic and genuine then they have to be lying about one thing or the other. Either they're lying about their own products be real or they need to update their "known counterfeit list" because they internet is never wrong....right? The internet never lies or contradicts it'self does it? ;)

Kanger establishes minimum pricing structures on their "Authorized" vendors. In order to protect that system they label vendors that go below those prices as selling counterfeit goods. If the goods in question check out as authentic by code on Kanger's own website do you still believe them to be counterfeit? There are certainly some counterfeit Kangers out there and some even use a genuine Kanger code - over and over again - same code on all of them. This is caught when checking the code with Kanger and identified as a fake.

Well kinda sorta. Selection is comparatively limited and in my experience shipping time was not impressive.

As a seller I can confirm this pricing structure comment. Many of the manufacturers do try to establish minimums. They do catch sellers on a hook though that if you don't buy directly from them but rather a reseller (which is quite common as most vendors require a minimum purchase of 100+ units that a lot of small stores can't float that) they will not honor their warranty even though the reseller is authorized (and the product is confirmed authentic item). It's a strange conundrum they've created by trying to hold the cost up as long as possible.

All that said, to the OP - FastTech is completely safe to buy from so long as you only buy items listed as Authentic (or live with the consequences). The big problem tends to be the shipping time.

Speaking from my personal ft experiences some clones are fine, others are not with tanks, I bought a generic ego twist battery once that crapped out in like a week. clone coil heads very bad idea as well. SOME of the ejuice I ordered back in the day was doable, however with some us vendors going as low as $15 for a 120 ml bottle you can spend about the same per ml and get a much better product.

As others have mentioned, shipping takes awhile. And be aware that certain things (batteries/mods containing batteries) have to go via a different route and takes even longer. (You can pay extra for faster shipping but that sort of negates the savings on the item itself.)

Fasttech does stand behind it's merchandise but the process takes awhile. You have to send the item to someplace in Florida and then they'll send you a replacement. Generally it's not worth the hassle.

You've got the best prices on Atlantis II organic cotton coils I've seen.

Did your Aspire supplier say if they would work in the Triton or not? Do you think they will?

Let me contact Aspire and see - I don't yet carry the Triton or I'd just check. I'll follow up when I hear back.

Fasttech has delivered 3 counterfeit products in a row to me. One being a replacement for the first, which they admitted was fake. It has been 12 days, and they won't even respond to my service ticket.
