I found this site called vapor grudge and they have specialty wire, such as tiger wire and etc... I have a Rig Mod V2 with a V2 kennedy and I run 22 gauge 6 wrap and get massive clouds. Are there any wires out there that are better than royal or gplat? I use VCC cotton too btw. This is the site where I found the "specialty wires" http://store.vaporgrudge.com/default.asp

less resistance = more wraps = more vapor but dont forget about enough wicking material, enough air to cool them down and most important the right batteries

good luck

Interesting - a company that builds and sells custom twisted setups. I'd never pay those prices, but I could see it for someone who wants to experiment bu not necessarily put in the work - after all, you're paying the seller more for his labor than his wire.

The round wire, though, is a ripoff - stick with Lightning Vapes or Temco. I've never bought into the "premium" wire hype...

Royal Wire is just Nichrome 80. Jacobs-online.biz sells it for MUCH cheaper. I paid i think $12 for 250ft (not a typo) of 28 & 30g. They sell what they call "nichrome v" which is the purest form of N80 available as it contains no iron at all. I read somewhere on reddit i think that someone had g-plat tested and it just turned out to be some sort of stainless steel welding wire. It will come up if you google "what is g-plat". Like @OBDave says, Temco is also a great place for wire, kanthal especially. I've ordered from both websites more than a few times and they're solid. I would recommend them if you like to build, the designer wire is insanely overpriced. Sometimes you get what you pay for, but not when it comes to coil wire.

Edit: jacobs-online.biz has 22g Nichrome V for $21.50 for 150ft. I use the 28 & 30g for my clapton cores and it's freaking awesome. It has 0 iron content so flavor is outstanding. To date i've tried Arsenal Wire, Anarchist Wire, Royal Wire, G-Plat and a wire called Atomizer Wick. The Jacobs Nichrome V tops all of them when it comes to low-resistance wire

Yeah, Gplat is welding wire. And you can buy it by the pound for a ridiculously better price than they sell it for. But you'll end up getting a few hundred feet of it.
Most of the 'performance' wires are some variation of Nichrome 60 or 80, and occasionally Chromel-c, but there are certainly better and worse manufacturers of each. I am willing to put money on the fact that none of the companies selling high end wire to vapers is using an original alloy. They are just buying some industrial manufacturer's product, hopefully cleaning it to remove any residual oils, etc., and repackaging it in much smaller spools.
