How long did your Fasttech order take?

My first order with FT was shipped 2/26/15 (day after their New Years Vacation). Arrived 3/11/15, 13 Days total. My second order was shipped 3/21/15 and arrived 3/30/15, 10 Days Total. My newest order shipped 4/1/15, and still did not arrive (17 days and counting) USPS shows it one day away, but is not showing an actual delivery date like they usually do. This order was larger than the other two. Since I had never bought from Fasttech, the first 2 orders were small test orders.
The package shipped Feb. 6 is still nowhere to be found. FT has started an inquiry with the post. However, it can take up to two months to get results. I haven't ordered anything from FT since, and won't ever in the future.I have packages that were processed through China's sort facility on Feb. 5 and Feb. 6, and they still aren't here.

My last order had a broken battery case, sent them a ticket, new one is on the way with the current order. Slow, yes. I don't blame all that on them, Chinese post seems to be like ours, slow and innacurate. As long as it gets here I'm happy, won't order any must have items tho. If u need it now, order from the states.
Been waiting over a month now on my last order.
After almost 3 months, my order finally arrived yesterday
I've placed about 10 orders with them over the last 2 months. Everything got to me here in Florida in about 10days. Generally it says origin post is shipping for about 7 days then once it gets to US, it takes another 2-3 days.
Key to FT is only order items that either say in stock or ships next day. Things that say "ships in 5days" or something like that have to be ordered from the manufacturer before they can ship them to u

Seems things have gone south lately...I received an order placed in early February on Monday. I also received an order placed about 10 days ago at the same time. After a host of CS issues, and finding the pricing on the items I really want (I've finally acquired enough clone mechs and RDAs for several lifetimes) isn't that much better than other sources, I think I may be done here.

My last order from them was placed on April 13 (said ships in 3 business days but shipped on the 14th) and delivered on April 22 to Ohio. So shipping is back on track. Orders placed around the time of the Chinese holidays are iffy from any China vendor. A test order from Gearbest took nearly three months. Add in the disruptions our own Postal Service encountered this year and you can get some frustrations. Last thing I ordered was a silicone case for my Istick 50w. It got here at roughly the same time any stateside vendor would have stocked and delivered it, and at 25% of the cost. I'll just continue to carefully select what I order and when.

I usually have pretty good luck with them. Last order was 4/23, with batteries. Paid the extra for the "expedited battery shipping." DHL website says by tomorrow. Very doubtful!

I have over $800 in an order. I was told by email to 'call' them for a discount. But according to the customer service link, I have to call them in Hong Kong 'business hours" but they're arr at lunch now...another 20 min to go until they're back. 9:42pm here in AZ but they have a local number to call. Think I'll get an answer? Noooooo. If I do, I'll let you know.
Just peachy. I placed my big order last night after about 5 beers. Forgot about the wait time. Damn! I want my mods, tanks Drippers and goodies sooner than later. Hope they at least have a couple in stock.
From all the stories of ridiculous wait times and the joke Memes online I would never order from Fasttech. I had an order sent from Movkin in Hong Kong on Tuesday picked up on Wednesday and here today. Wait 3 weeks to a month? No amount of saving is worth that kind of time to me. Before you get your stuff it is obsolete?
I started ordering from FT when mech mods were popular. You could get a nice clone mech and dripper set up for $20-30 while B&Ms would be easily triple that and US online would be double the price. Difference then was that mech mods don't go obsolete because they're "low-tech" to begin with.
I don't order regulated mods from them because the wait for Fasttech to get them from the manufacturer is way too long, not to mention throwing in another 9-10 days after it finally ships.
I stick with wire, drippers, and small accessories from them these days. Everything else isn't really worthwhile.

I won't order from them again, that's for sure. It's just that I've kept that window open on my PC since before Memorial Day. I was impatient, so I just ordered. Irony - I was impatient so I ordered and now I get to be impatient for longer than that to get my goods. About $600 worth. How stupid is that??? (Ordering from them I mean - not the money) Frack!
+Kross8 Let me know if the Pico's Melo 3 tank overheats on you. I had a .3 coil in it when it arrived and had one hell of a problem with heat and burning. Would turn wattage to only 25-30 which worked good for a while then burning started. I left it along for a while and gradually got it to 45 which worked well for a few hours, then severe burning like when I had it at lower wattage. Cleaned my tanks last night and put my Tobeco Mini on it instead at .51 and 35w. Tastes great with good vapor production with my new 60/40 juice. I had nearly 100%vg in it previously.
i didn't order the tanks-the mods are all i wanted.

Yeah not a good idea to order stuff you want fast from fasttech. NORMAL delivery for me is about 25days. Have had as few as 10 delivery and as many as 60 though. To be truthfull most of the deayus I have seen wer due to US customs or the USPS, not really Slowtech. I just don't order stuff from there that a I need NOW. I don't order within 2 weeks of a a holiday, theirs NOT yours. They are great when you want CHEAP. Can be iffy otherwise.
