It was actually sent first class paid for by the vendor they sent a return label. That being said I am in North NJ, in the middle of three of the largest airports in the country and right off route 80. So whether driving or flying FL was definitely out of the way. Lol

I'm a retired truck driver and made a lot of deliveries off I-80 around the Jersey/NY line.... Its pretty crowded in there!
That said first class is OK, but I think 2 day priority is better, least it's been that way with me... I don't order from any vendor without checking their shipping options first.... I hate waiting on vape mail and try to get the 2 or 3 day priority mail option..so far its always been right on time, every time...lol

No need to patronize, thats exactly what I read. 1 disgruntled complaining employee talking about a new class of employee. This pissed off employee mentioned in a passing paragraph, made an unfounded accusation that the Evil Amazon's packages are taking preferential treatment. I don't buy it. This same employee makes the wisecrack remark "your mailperson will now also be your neighborhood grocer". It's Amazon's goal to provide their own "last mile" delivery systems, including grocery delivery. This is not good news for the Postal Service or UPS and Fedex since Amazon will be directly competing with all three. They are currently running pilot programs in San Francisco, NY, Chicago, and in the UK.

Yeah, it's pretty congested around these parts. I think I should just stop being cheap and spring for the UPS shipping. I always say I'm in no rush for most vape mail, but who am I kidding. LOL

Well...its only took the USPS 12 days to get my MyFreedomSmokes order from North Carolina to Michigan and out for delivery...for some reason I'll never understand they sent it to Wisconsin of all places where it sat for a solid week...it used to be that a First Class package got to me from pretty much anywhere in the USA in around 3 days...now, I feel lucky if I see it within 2 weeks...this is just stupid...I still have several orders I'm waiting for that are moving just about as quickly as this one did...yay!

Sometimes the geography of the situation sucks. Being in Tennessee, my MFS stuff comes in 2-3 days. But when I order from out west, I'm hurtin' sometimes. I will say that I ordered a movie from an outfit in Kentucky last summer that went to Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Ohio, and a few other select out-of-the-way places before it landed in my mail nearly two weeks later.
Which leads me to the rest of the story on that one.....I still didn't get it for another week and a half. Had all but given up on another movie and a pretty expensive coat my husband had ordered right after Christmas a couple of years ago. The landlord's daughter pulled in our driveway one morning and handed me about ten pieces of my mail and lugged a big cardboard box out of her back seat, all addressed to us. Seems our mailman had left it all on a screened-in porch of a vacant home on the street behind us. The snow and rain had blown in and soaked the top of the box that contained the coat. The cardboard was mush. Thank goodness the coat was in a plastic bag or it would have been ruined. And the rest was regular mail that would have fit into our lock box at the end of the road. I was pissed. Called the post office the next morning and they put my mailman on the phone. He babbled off something about not being sure of where it went and I yelled at him "How 'bout my damn MAILBOX???" Told him if he was gonna leave it on a porch, leave it on MINE.

I also have a package coming that was accepted by USPS on 3-23-15 in Elgin, IL. It has been in "Departed" status in Elgin, IL since that day a week ago. I live 1 state away. Unreal.

Oh my god with how UPS is handling my package right now I wish I used USPS. It's been sitting in the city over since effing Friday and they attempted to deliver 4 minutes after the last person in the house left, only to leave a note saying they'll deliver tomorrow, and I interpreted the "end of day" tp be around 2-4 pm, not effing 12:34 pm. /rant

TL;DR: At least USPS works on the weekends and delivers as soon as it reaches the PO in the neighboring county for me.

I've had that happen too, I was inside working in my office at home and heard the mail truck grumble away, only to find a couple notices in the mailbox. The lazy prick didn't even get out of his mail truck to ring the bell, or knock on the door.

I use USPS for all my vapemail, but use UPS to send/receive personal packages to and from members of my family for holidays like Christmas... Never had a problem ... when expecting a package we watch for the brown truck and meet the driver on the front porch..
When sending a package we make sure its properly boxed up safely for travel with the correct address and zip code...also we insure it ...so no, I can't agree with you not to use UPS... I just don't use it for vapemail..

I kinda chuckle when I read this thread. I am in canada and it drives me crazy watching my packages travelling around the states without any oblivious logic to it for a week. Then finally get to canada where they tend to stop for a neede rest. Then in another week or so they either start moving or more often than not just show up at the door. Kinda makes me wonder why they use barcodes on parcels if they aren't gonna scan them. What surprises me the most is the fact that eventually everything does show up. LOL

It just took me 6 days to get a package from Manhattan NYC and I am 12 miles away......pretty unbelievable. I did some more reading and it's says the USPS increased delivery times because first class mail use is way down over the last 10 years, wouldn't that mean with that many less items mail should arrive sooner? WTF?
On a side note an order from CA to NJ just showed up. It went from not leaving LA to a hub in NJ in just 10 short days.

I have a package that's been hanging out at that Houston hub exact same message as you. Been 24 hours, delivery is still tomorrow. I figure It's either stuck, or I'll get a bunch of updates when it's out for delivery, hopefully tomorrow.

The fastest delivery I've had in months was from Eciggity and they're in Hawaii. How in hell does a package from Hawaii make it to NJ four days faster then one a 15 minute ride away in NYC?

I ordered something from fast tech. It arrived to the U.S. on the first and usps still has not updated tracking. States it's still in pre shipment. Fast tech customer service told me to wait a few more days and they will then contact usps. So usps is garbage.

So I ordered a Sub-Tank (Heracles) from Washington State, has to be the fasted shipping I've seen. The shipping label was created April 3rd and sat there until today when the package arrived. Just today the package supposedly went from Federal way to my home state, through 2 sort centers, delivery at the local PO, sorted, and delivered in 4 hours according to the tracker which just updated. USPS must be using supersonic jets now, LOL.

When I pay a little extra for priority 2 day shipping I get it in three days..when I get free shipping it can take 5-7 days to get here..
I live in CA and ordered juice from ITC vapes in NY with 2-day priority shipping...Actual delivery was on the third day.

I ordered the IPV3 from AtoZ Vapor in Phoenix, AZ with free shipping...Actual delivery was 6 days later!

I mean it's only 300 mi from AZ to here, and about 3,000+ mi from NY to here...but yet my NY order got here twice as fast as my AZ order did....
Because I'm always in a rush for vapemail I try use the priory 2/3 day shipping where available....

I ordered a item from atoz on 4/12/15 today is 4/21/15 waiting isn't the issue here, my problem is thier customer service! When I go to my account it shows no order status what so ever so I have called 9 times and left 9 messages trying to figure out what the problem is if there is one at all with no call backs I decided to email them and have done so 4 times now with no reply needless to say I lost the customer I ordered the item for and the $94.00 I spent I can't even get refunded because nobody picks up or calls back including Rob Ceo of atoz this was the first item I ever ordered from them thank goodness and it will surly be the last just hope I will either receive the item or get a refund I'm in southern California and they are in Arizona so there's no reason for it to take so long, but having such horrible customer service is bad business and I will work hard on spreading the message about the company.

I have been buying vape supplies for about 2 years now online and deal with about 40+ sites and for anybody else reading this post in my opinion VaporDna and MadVapes have been the best the 2 worst so far would be Gearbest and AtoZ so be very cautious when ordering from either one.

My order I referenced being in Houston for a day magically updated on the correct delivery day with more scans, but it came. Lately this has been happening more frequently I will get pre shipment, label was created, and no updates until it's out for delivery. I swear they're getting worse.

But #1 is Sweet Vapes out of Wisconsin.. These guys don't fool around, lol The screenshot is my order I placed with them yesterday for the Starre Subtank and a box of coils...delivery is tomorrow!

I tend to order mods, really everything but juice, on ebay. I've got a great trustworthy battery source there, even. The issue I see with ebay shipping is that vendors will say same day shipping, but that tends to mean the label gets made same day. I think a lot of sites are the same, same day shipping by X time of the day really means they print out the label, they get it to USPS when they get around to it. And then, USPS gets around to scanning it when or if they decide to do so.

I have 5 X 30 ml bottles of E-Liquid Vacationing in Greenville, SC.

The 2 Day Priority Mail Package was received and processed on 5/14/15.

It was scheduled for delivery on Saturday 5/16/15.

It is now 5/17/15 and it is still scheduled for delivery Yesterday.

But on the bright side, it appears that my local post office has either fired my lazy MailBitch or put her on another route to inflict bad service on other unsuspecting USPS customers.

Now I am actually getting knocks on my front door with packages instead of finding a card telling me to come to the post office to get my goodies!

USPS strikes again!....I ordered a iPod Nano 7th generation off eBay.....I'm in the middle of a move. I went to the Post Office and did a change of address and made absolutely sure to mark it as being effective at the end of the month...so what happens? It goes out for delivery in my town and then they forward it and it sits.....I tried calling USPS to see that the hell is going on but that is a fruitless attempt at futility just trying to reach a human being...it didn't come to the new address the next day after being "forwarded"...who knows what they are doing...
