Lay on your back on the floor.
Pull one knee up and put gentle pressure on it pulling towards your chest but don't strain it at all, be sure to leave your other leg out straight.
Count to 10 and then switch legs.
Do this 10 times for each side, 20 times total.
You should be able to gradually pull each knee closer to your chest by the time you are done.
Sounds simple, but it really does help for most problems.

Some new vendor trying to build their post count before they start posting up their advertising messages.
Hate it when they are in the nonsense stage and reported it.
That's the very one I was going to get when the bedroom ceiling came down four years ago.
I started to pull all the wet board down when the ladder and I had a disagreement.
By the time I was able again I found a similar jack at Home Depot for only $150
I figured since I'd have to pay tax anyway I'd buy it at HD but then storage came to mind.
I opted for hiring a crack freak from down the street to hoist the boards up with a 2 by deadman
while I worked the driver.
Back when, i did the whole house myself, sometimes using a deadman but sometimes just holding a sheet up with one hand.
But...I'm nicer to myself now.
I'll either let the next guy worry about it or
I'll rent a jack.
Oh, I see. Damn. I've been used. I'm going to have to stop being nice to strangers.

Yeah, he/she/it has been running around all night posting nonsense in threads all over the place. Annoying.
Anyway... couple of years ago, before my last back surgery, we were doing a lot of painting around the house and I bought a scaffold to make it easier for me to stand up higher than being on the step of a ladder. It's been one of the best purchases I've ever made. It not only works for painting inside, but cleaning dust from high shelf things we have around our great room, staining the porch, and acting as a portable workbench out in the garage
With a jack on it, I could see it being used for drywall too... not that I will EVER hang drywall myself though...

Drywall on ceilings is not my favorite thing to do. I can slap down pretty but my shoulders remind me for weeks.
But ya gotta do what ya gotta do, especially in our wonderful economy..
Ya, scaffold would be so nice, not having to go up down ladder..man!
Those jacks reach all the way up to a standard height ceiling. My problem is storage.
This house has no garage, one of the reasons I want to move.
Otherwise I would have bought a jack before..but the scaffold is something to consider for future reference.
I thought of getting another ladder and a plank..
