Vapers and Smokers Unite!

Hey folks, my name is Michael. One of my friends from another forum has started a letter writing campaign to combat the unrealistic regulations that are being proposed concerning vaping, and to promote information and education on the subject. If you're interested, head over to the campaign's Facebook page here: https://www.facebook.com/VapersandSmokersUnite

This campaign is all about writing letters to your government representatives, telling them your story and urging them to fight the unfair and unrealistic regulations which are being proposed, and inspire them to find the truth about vaping and how it can save lives. There is an abundance of false media claiming that e-cigs are just as dangerous as cigarettes, and it seems many people aren't interested in researching whether or not these absurd claims are true, so it's up to us, the vaping community, to come together and tell our stories of how vaping has changed our lives, and how it could save millions of smokers.

Thanks!

Thanks for sharing. I completely agree with that post, the anti-smoking advocates are closed-minded and trying to scare the general public into believing that e-cigs are bad even though e-cigs could save thousands of lives if smokers were encouraged to switch. On another vaping forum I read an article about a smoking cessation group in the UK which has adopted e-cigs as a viable alternative to traditional quitting aids, and they've seen great progress in their clientele being able to quit smoking for good without relapse. Unfortunately, as they say "the squeaky wheel gets the grease" and all these anti-smoking, anti-vaping advocates are shouting their false information from the rooftops. Fortunately groups like Vapers and Smokers Unite exist to shout back the truth. There's also a political party in the UK called "Vapers in Power" which has two candidates in the general election as a platform to get the word out. It's great to see vapers coming together to fight back.

In regards to hijacking the post, feel free to share your facebook page on here! The more opportunities we have to get involved, the more likely we will be to actually make a difference. That goes for anyone else who might read this as well, please feel free to post a link to your pro-vaping advocacy group or website. If you guys don't mind, I'd also like to share any links posted here on the other forum I'm a part of so they can join in too.
