That's right, post who you think we are going to make a moderator and why and the first to guess the new moderator we choose wins (out of Whiskey's personal stock), a brand new Mini Istick and an espire K1 tank. We have meetings on Sunday's so hopefully soon a winner will be announced for the contest. If several folks pick the same member, the winner will be the first who posted the username on this thread. We are all totally insane so we need to find somebody who takes all of their meds as prescribed.

Then you need be able to be on the computer for a few hours a day (have a presence)

You need to be able to take a LOT of shit but still not go on a crazy psychopathic power trip and start banning people or editing and deleting comments you don't like.

Fishee would be a good moderator because 1) he's fun, 2) he's helpful, 3) he doesn't get all wrapped up in crazy drama here (at least not to my knowledge). Just the first name that came to mind.

Not it!! Haha! Fransiscan would be a great choice. He definitely has a great temperament for it. Only thing to maybe think of, is the investment of time being a moderator can take. It seems as though our dear Franny has a few responsibilities on his plate. Just a thought. He would definitely be an even keeled mod.

Just one more thing you need to know about being a moderator.

This is not a paid gig. You get Zero, Zilch and Nada for a paycheck.

Hell you don't even get the cost of the stamp to send said paycheck even if it existed!

the perfect moderator would be santa or god but seeing how they are ethereal they are unable to interact with this reality. as per my guess with as a little need i have seen @franciscan have a good head on there shoulders can take as well as give and more importantly is always around somewhere

I think @DeathMetal03 (is he a Mod already?) would make a great moderator. The PIF Box I've participated in with him recently had some major mishaps but he stayed cool, calm & collected the whole time. Kudos to him.

If I only get one guess, I have to fully agree with this one. She's the Pup! BUT... I'd also like a chance for the istick, so I'll go with @AmandaD. She's super knowledgeable, also. She also her knows her DIY, her coil building, and a LOT of stuff about mods. Super cool lady.

I'll vote for @franciscan - but not because he's nice. I don't think 'niceness' should necessarily qualify someone for a Mod status..

I think a Mod needs to be very open to both sides of topics and question things/people when its warranted - as well as being very knowledgeable about vaping. Fran does all of these things and has a good head on his shoulder. But even if he was a total dick, I would still give him a vote.

I think theres a place for all kinds of Mods on VU and is part of the reason why this forum works so well

GUESS WHO will be picked.

My guess is it will be someone not picked here on this thread.
Because I have no clue as what moderators think and talk about in their meetings.
