I am Don, and haven't had a physical cigarette, in well over a week, and I'd thought about going 'juice', for over three years, finally did so, two thursdays back. Found as of yesterday, a 'juice', which is spot-on, to my old fav. cig., need to find it with NICOTINE, hah hha hha . Currently waiting on a couple of spare devices, 'cause I'm NOT about to go back to the lighter...and tobac. ...I hope the mods here, aren't as politically-indifferent to their supporters, and as hypocritical as the e-cigarette forum I was just banned from. I occasionally cut metal, omn a small lathe, and have experience in polishing, trouble-shooting, ect., but and pretty green to vaporisers, per se. Hello to all, who can stomach me, screw those who cannot.

When I was a child, my folks an I lived in Green Bay, WIS., not too many miles from Ft. Howard...still remember that cheesey-ass smell. Got rather used to it...kinda like fresh railroad ties...

I had to do roof repairs to a Tyson Turkey plant in central Missouri. The processing room they cleaned everything with ammonia in was almost the worst thing I've ever smelled. Couple years later we worked at a sewage treatment plant, it was bad, thought it was the worst thing until one afternoon, a French's truck pulled up to one of the vats. This thing had a giant steel tank on the back. It emptied out the tank, apparently rotten mustard waste. Not one person on the crew failed to retch. I've been around bodies that were days old in the heat, countless road kill, nasty processing plants, human sewage... All pale in comparison to that mustard shit. It should be weaponized.

The worst thing I've ever had to deal with was when a tenant who was getting evicted got his electricity turned off and left everything inside the fridge for about two months. After we finally got him out of there, I opened up the fridge and immediately vomited. It took weeks to get the stench out, washing it out over and over even spraying it with ozium. I was about to give up and throw it out and just buy a new one when I decided to unscrew the bottom panel of the freezer to see what was under there and discovered all the maggots. Once that was cleaned out it was fine.

I dunno I caught a whiff of a motor home that had been in the AZ sun for a month... while the owner melted into soap inside it.

Another smell you cant ever get rid of is the memory of the smell of the shit burning pits in Iraq the first year. Thank God I was SATCOM and had to man my communications terminal 24/7(well the team did) so we were never on that detail. But when the wind shifted and that stench hit you along with 140 deg heat and oven feel whew eewww it was the worst.

I live in and grew up in a rural area...lots of farms...my mom's family are farmers....I know one thing from experience...chicken farms smell worse than dairy farms....pig farms rank right up there too...I dont know how people living there can stand it...I suppose their senses must get used to it or something....uggggh

I used to live in farm country. A big hog operation had it's manure pit and gas fermenter (recovers the methane for use) catch fire. The smoke blanketed the entire lower valley. Burning hog shit, never get that out of my olfactory memory. There were no mosquitoes until mid fall that year...
