Packed away a few mods and tanks I'm not using. Gotta build something for the warhead rda I got today. Maybe a couple staged staggered fused Clapton

I installed a (300) SS mesh coil in one of my Mesh Lock RDAs. Really good flavor but doesn't create much vapor under 70W. I've never tried SS mesh until today. Maybe I should try it in TC..

Had a battery take a crap on me. No idea what happened. Was in my jackaroo. Vaping all day. Go to hit it again and nothing. Take out, reinstall, nothing. Fresh battery powers right up. So get home and put it on the charger and it's not even recognized that it's there. No idea so I just recycled it. Sucks though I only have 2 21700s. Guess I'll be ordering today

Bought 4 vapcell 21700 from Liionwholesale this morning. Was down to one 21700 so figured I'd get a few more. Mooch rates the purple vapcell at a generous 35amp. Better than a 30t and was a little more than a dollar cheaper.

Look at me being frivolous.

I need a few batteries... among other things...too bad I'm off work with a shrinking bank account...lol I'm going to have a list of things I will need to buy once work is able to resume.

Yea I never think about the price of them til I look. And Liionwholesale upped the shipping a dollar or so. But four batteries shipped for 30. They've sold out of a lot

I have about a half dozen of the gold Vapcell 20700s, think they're about a year or so old. They've held up well and I've had good use from them so far.

Ordered another Vaporesso Luxe S kit (Strikes USA, about 35 bucks) and a tank wrench and D2 RTA from Roadside Vapes on their $1.95 special. Had to talk myself out of ordering more drip tips from AHD.

Nothing too exciting for me. I'm off from Home Depot for a couple of weeks since Wednesday due to the coronavirus and have been spending my time getting some jobs done around the house like cleaning up the garage (looks great now :), the path at the side of the house (needs a lot more work, but got a start in), and got a bit of work done on the cars. I've also been enjoying our new TV way too much :giggle:

Put new wire in a couple of tanks today and mixed up some juice. Still waiting for a Brunhilde tank from FT. I ordered it Jan 12 and it finally shipped Mar 15'th. Ship date kept being extended, lost track of how many times, but it was a good deal and I let it ride. Hopefully it'll get here soon but I'm not holding my breath

Did anyone else pick up the Uwell D2 RTA from Roadside Vapes the other day? It was one of their specials for $1.95.

Mine just arrived, and I've gotta say, this is a fabulous tank. I mean it, it's really fantastic. Restricted DL. Vic (the reviewer) compares it to the Augvape Boreas and the Aromamizers, sort of an old-style RDTA, completely different from RDTAs like the Merlin or the Avocado or Serpent.

The airflow in this thing, wide open, is smooth as glass, although fairly restricted, and the flavor is outstanding. Produces really decent fluffy clouds.

I built it with two 26ga round SS coils, 2.4mm, about eight wraps, ohms at 0.36 for both. Loaded it with Dinner Mint liquid. Delicious at 42.5W!

Aesthetics are old-school - it's a 24.5mm tall tank with knurling on various sections of the exterior. Matte finish. Mine is "matte iridescent black." Holds about 4ml of liquid, according to Vic, but looks more like 3-3.5ml to me.

The deck is a small, velocity-style, uses an included allen key for the screws. Easy to build and wick, but space is limited, similar to the Aromamizer Lite I just got. Supposed to be leak-proof, as it is top airflow. If it gets flooded, the extra juice will get trapped in the bottom deck cover and can just be emptied out.

If you can deal with the appearance, 100% recommended.

Hi, I once read that in hard times its the "feel good" industries that people turn to, to feel good. They said in the depression that people really turned to entertainment more than ever and that hairdresser and barber business boomed. Given our modern obsession with "self" one would think what you saw perhaps supports that.

Yes, and right now, many of us may need the services of a hairdresser, and can't get them; those places aren't considered "essential business." So, some who might ordinarily have a hairdresser do their hair color, or other "beauty" treatments, may be doing it DIY style. I always color my own hair... but damn, I can't cut my own hair! Really hoping this shit will soon be over enough that some non-essential businesses can re-open.

Hi Andria. Oddly our hairdresers and barber shops can still stay open. Numerous have chosen to close themselves but many still open.
Here's two open today of the many that are.

Weird. Are your parks and golf courses open? They are, here, though GA is under a "essential businesses only, drive-thru restaurants only" guideline from our governor, but an acquaintance of mine on Quora who lives in some part of England said their parks and golf courses aren't open. I'm glad they're open here, or my spawn would be driving me nuts. He just started golfing right around xmas, got a full set of clubs for xmas, so he's really enthusiastic about it, and improving all the time.

Hi, Golf clubs, courses are closed. Parks people can go to them to walk and exercise, but any exercise equipment in the parks are off limits. People are limited to just 2 to exercise together, no groups. Though on TV you continually see some break the rules but for the majority they are adhering to the rules.

I think that vaping, charging batteries or mods, changing coils and mixing are the only vape related stuff I’m doing.

I haven’t bought anything but food or essentials. I’m not even looking really, except at the 5,000 emails I’ve been getting about sales!!

I ordered another AHD driptip; the "Precious Blue" of the last one I ordered doesn't quite match my new blue Minibook, so I'm trying again, this time with "Blue Topaz Water Acrylic." Also bought some coils for my er, dry leaf atomizer, ifyouknowwhatImean. :D And some 3" elastic from ebay, for one of my sewing projects, and some bright orange capri pants -- have to have SOMETHING to be matchy-matchy with my new black/orange Aegis Solo and new orange AHD driptip. :D

I think my next online shopping venture will be some gray, gray/white tops. If I can't go out to the stores, by hell, I'll go to Amazon! Once I get some summer tops to go with my gray jeggings, I'll be ordering another AHD, either Silver Leaf or Sterling Shimmer. I take "matchy-matchy" very seriously! :D

Tomorrow I'll be mixing a fresh batch of strawberry & cream, probably 96ml (that leaves plenty of room in a 120ml bottle for shaking well!).

All those Scots in North Carolina would seize up and die if they couldn't play golf. So in order to keep casualties down.....

Our Governor specifically said it's still ok to be with your own household members on the golf course, if you still practice social distancing. Clubhouses have to be closed, though. I figured the Guv must be a closet Scot.

Well, y'know, our last name is DUNCAN! And since the spawn nearly destroyed his hip, had it operated on, and now has had a very painful 2½ yrs of recuperation, he finds that golfing is something he can actually DO.

Parks are open here, just because there are so damn many runners and power-walkers, and wayyyyyyyyy too many brainless idiots on the road for the runners and walkers to want to run or walk there. The playgrounds and all indoor facilities are closed, but not "the great outdoors."

My mother was a McSwain, so I feel ya. Was speaking from personal experience with the western-NC family. Land of bald men and perpetual sunburn!

All the parks are closed here except for the one state park that's near us. My son has figured out that the only thing he and his boys can do outside the house is go fishing. So he came and raided the rest of his dad's fishing gear this morning, wanted a bait casting reel and some things for the boys. And off they go!

I used to be Duncan McCloud. But I was told there could be only one, so I changed my name.
