Maybe you can edit the thread title to include MTL, so people will know. Good Luck. :)

I don't change percentages for the few devices I have that are MTL. If you see a recipe that looks good to you try it as written. If it doesn't give you enough flavor try adjusting all the flavors up by a little at a time. For example say you have a recipe that calls for 1% of one flavor, 2% of another, and 4% of another. Make them 1.25%, 2.5% and 5%. You're adjusting by 25% in this example and keeping the ratios of the flavors the same.

If you are creating your own recipes you should single flavor test all your flavors in the device you'll be using. That way you know what works for you with each flavor. I know it's a pain, but that's the best way to know how your flavors work for you.

What about your nic? I’ve seen people using 12 for their MTLs.
My MTLs haven’t come in yet so just asking ahead of time.

I only vape at 2mg and don't change that as well. That's the beauty of DIY you get to make your juice fit what you need. If you feel you need more nic than go ahead and raise it. There isn't a set in stone answer to this.

I mix at higher nic for mtl vs. Dl, if that's what you mean. Not necessarily rta, but any device set up for mtl I mix at 9mg nic, any device set up for dl I mix at 3mg nic. For example, I go through 4-5 ml's a day using mtl only, so 36-45mg of nic. I go through 12-15 ml's a day using dl, so 36-45mg of nic as well, if that makes sense. I have recently lowered my mtl nic to 6mg thought, and am not really noticing much difference. Maybe a tad more use, so nic is still about the same.

It would also depend on the coil ohms and the wattage. I can plus ohm low wattage vape 35-50mg salts no problem, but not in a sub ohm higher wattage setup.

Like I use a Nautilus Mini for nic salts, with a 1.2-1.8ohm coil at @10-16W. Otherwise I vape restricted DL using a .20-.40ohm coil at @40W, with 3mg FB nic.
