I forgot to take Magnesium. I’ve been so beat the last few days! Trump wanted to quarantine us more, but everything in my area is closed and it’s so empty. I’m not sure what it will do. He should put Manhattan into isolation for now. That’s where it’s really bad.
I ordered a liquid supplement called Floradix which has vitamins and herbs. It’s high in iron. The last bottle I had helped a lot, but it’s a bit pricey.
I also got some Bobs Red Mill Whey protein powder. I think I can use the protein.

. Well I haven't tilled it yet, the garlic was planted last fall for this summer harvest.. I haven't been goin out other than just around the yard, nothing out "there" for me.Good, I sure don't like the thought of you going out into the war zone to get anything. Glad you can do that

At least I’ve got other stuff to eat! LolI’m getting my garlic from Local Harvest so I’m hoping it’s not from China. Now this country better think about growing a lot more of our own food, like it used to imho.
China would send us food contaminated with heavy metals and other poisons, and not give a shit. The US needs a trusted clean food supply!!

Local Harvest is a CSA (community supported agriculture) program that hooks people up with local farms. I found it through the Westin Price foundation site. Afaik, it’s all locally grown. I just hope the seeds didn’t come from China.
I used to buy garlic in the supermarket years ago and then stopped for about ten years. When I bought it again, I noticed it was different. I guess they started using Chinese garlic.
If one thing comes out of this pandemic, I hope it’s that we stop getting everything from China in this country. I don’t trust them!!

Since I live near Gilroy, CA (the garlic capital of the world) we get local garlic here. Back when I had to go to the office I would drive by a processing plant. You can definitely smell it... In July the trucks from the farmers in the central valley heading to Gilroy are loaded with it. Looks like confetti from the dried skins being blown off.
I bet it was strong. We use to have a big bed of garlic out at the farm and come harvest we would cure it in the garage, you couldn't go in there without having your eyes water.

That’s prolly why garlic is anti everything bad!! I hope the stuff I’m gettin is local. But I don’t think Local Harvest are a bad organization. They’re trying to help farms, and start Farmers Markets etc.

We use to see lots of farm stands right on the farms selling veggies but you don't even see that anymore. we have one farm kinda close and one a few towns away that are totally organic but we grow as much as we can ourselves cause then we are sure.
