I use the MTS with flavors/mixes I know will have a bit of "harsh" to them. Watermelon in larger percentages especially. You need very little in my experience. I use 1 drop per 10ml

Thanks, Deb! I'm hoping if I have a few drops of this, I can bump the percentage of coffee on some of that type of mix. The coffee gets bitter easily, but I'd still like a tiny bit more coffee flavor, minus the bitterness.

That's interesting. I have mine shipped to the UAE and I'm always charged a flat rate regardless of the size of the order. I'll take a look at that dessicated coconut...it's hard finding good ones.
It’s worth every penny. It’s sweetened flake coconut.....texture included. It’s beautiful. FLV is good, but creamier, more like sweetened coconut milk. The only other one I would look at is MB Palm Coconut. Like the inside of a Mounds bar.

I made the mistake of using dish soap cleaning some 10ml ldpe bottles a while ago. I usually just use scolding hot water and that does the trick. Soap didn't stick to the PET bottles but it sure as heck did with the softer ones.

I made a few testers and I can taste dish soap. I was thinking of soaking them in baking soda. But I think I'll just throw them out and get new ones. I might be done with the softer styled bottles. Between this and some of them splitting at the seam, I've had enough.

I was excited to taste flavors but the combination of Apricot/soap doesn't do it for me :giggle:.

The PebbleSicle mix we had as a Monday mini-challenge a few weeks ago....I'd said it was a miss, but I'm giving it another shot now that it has steeped a little longer, and it's come around! The fruit has mellowed quite a bit and formed into what tastes like a light, tutti frutti ice cream.

I cannot stand those dang PET bottles. Would rather use alcohol to clean the LDPE ones. Just a thought. The PET ones, if they get a crease in them, they're done for, plus I just can't deal with the noise they make. I am bugged by certain noises, have the hearing of a bat! :) People at my office keep forgetting that I have super-human hearing. lol

I once went to wash a PET bottle in hot water in the slop sink next to the Oil Burner and it melted the bottle~! I used to use plastic bottles but now primarily glass is all I use except for my bases and nicotine. Those stay in the original bottles.

I wish I could afford glass. If I didn't have 75 bottles sitting all over the place, I might be able to afford glass.

When I empty these Freeman bottles out, I fully intend to re-use them. Should start buying a few glass bottles every time I order flavors.

All of the bottles I reuse I never purchased unless they were full of commercial e-Liquids~!

That's my understanding. MTS=Mellow, Thick, and Smooth I haven't used it before, but gonna try it!

That's why I spelled out how much it cost, because I was surprised, too. I thought the shipping would be more. What I did was calculate the shipping several times to find out where the "breakpoint" was between about $5.50 and about $9.00. One bottle of flavor makes that difference. So I kept it to the number of flavors that would fit in the lower shipping cost.

I would definitely buy a few flavors there for that price! I’ve been mixing basically the same thing for months now, and although I like it well enough, I’m craving something new. But I don’t have a specific flavor in mind.

But I just squeezed the last ml out of my 50ml bottle, so unless I want to vape pre made, I’ve got to mix today. Surprisingly, I like my mixes better than what I’ve bought!!

And you lovely mixing ladies here have helped me A LOT!

Mmm, I love Mounds. Because sometimes you feel like a nut, sometimes you don’t!! Sorry. :giggle:

Just mixed up 2 60ML bottles of my LB Tobacco and need to decide what I want for the 120ML bottle I need to mix up. Definitely will be a Tobacco but which one? Decisions, decisions~!

Have you tried ECX Black Honey Tobacco yet? I love it! I mix it with Kings Custard or Creme de Menthe. It’s a bit “denser” to me than the LB Tobacco. But I haven’t tried their pipe tobacco yet.

What’d you think of the Freeman juice? I had trouble opening one, and the rest were just okay tasting. Not bad, but not really super duper. Jmho.

No I never tried that one as far as I remember after you get a certain amount of flavors I need to access the written list to know if I have it or not.

Mixing my own makes me be a harsher judge. But I’m no where near as good as you are!

IMHO you are the best judge for your tastes. When I first got into mixing those assholes on ECF thought they were the only people who know how to properly mix e-Liquids and since then I find my way is the only and best way for me. If how or what I do can help someone I offer a suggestion but that is all it is a simple suggestion.

Well when I first started, I was feeling my way along too, everybody does at first. Takes a while to develop your intuition for it, and just seems to me that a good part of mixing well IS intuition. I do a whole lot more of the work in my head than I do with the actual mix.

Everybody misses sometimes (sometimes or often!) but the success rate gets better with time and familiarity. Ok to admit you screwed up, too, because a screw-up is as much of a learning experience as a success, both to the person who screwed up, and to all the other mixers who've been told about it!

It’s a good tobacco flavor. Kinda like the LB tobacco, but not so much berry. I bought it on sale, and it’s become a favorite.

I’m heat steeping it in the sink now. It’s good after a day or two. I can’t wait that long!!

Well, some people there were messed up, which is why I’m so glad I left!! You’re right, there’s no one right way, and it matters how you feel good about doing it. :sigh:

Thank you! When I’m mixing my everyday vape of Kings Custard and whatever tobacco I’m adding, I just go with the flow. Sometimes I’ll add something different, and thankfully it’s been okay so far.

I’ve only had one juice be really horrible so far, and I let it steep, and it was still gross so it went down the drain. Oh well. I’m weird with some fruit flavors. The smell can make me sick! Lol
When I stick to custard or those types of flavors or mints or tobacco, I really like what I make. Yay!

Got a new flavor to play with today and looks like it may be handy for this weeks recipe. I got the Loranns Cream Cheese Icing.

I also got the SC strawberry and umm I am going to have to experiment with that some more. First mix of that with some cheesecake and nope, can't taste a thing. Oh well, maybe mixed with some of my other strawberries and dragonfruit it will be okay.

Great flavor! It's very useful and versatile, you'll enjoy having it, I think.

CCI is awesome! Needs at least a weeks steep. Sweet and twangy. Helps cheesecakes!

I wanted to go for a more light and fluffy cheesecake, so I didn't bog my recipe down with cheesecake flavors. I also wanted the strawberry shortcake type crust, but not overpowering. This is what I came up with for now. Going to let it steep for a bit and give it a shot.

Any updates on using the CNV Lemon Cream Wafer for a possible Dinner Lady Lemon Tart clone? I’m itching to order it, just wondering what else we might need to complete it.
Not from me. I’m still waiting to order DIYVS cause I’m momentarily broke. But I have the day off tomorrow and I’m gonna play a bit. It definitely needs a lemon to complete the profile(which I’m getting at DIYVS). But the bakery is spot on.

Great to hear that the bakery is spot on as I think that was the biggest hurdle
Which lemon are you thinking of at DIYVS? The CNV Lemon?
Looking forward to hear the results of your experiments :inlove:

Yup. I’m not sure that’s the lemon I need(and I have plenty to try if it’s not) but I want to try it.

Lot of flavors, but it's not too bad. Will see what it is like after a few days. I never use this much sweetener but going by the picture that cake would be very sweet. Sticky sweet lol

Deb, I saw a post of yours and now I can’t find it or the site you mentioned. I think it’s vape bargain but my browser went to it and the domain was for sale!! But I found it one time and then lost it. Thanks!

I mentioned vapebargains.com this morning in a post about Fireluke coils. Is that what you are remembering?
