Lost Flavor, MTL

Hi, I am a mouth to lung vapor (just like smoking a cigarette). I use the Innokin Kroma A mod with the Zenith Tank. I use a 1.6 ohm coil at 9.5 watts. I know that there are better set-ups for me and am looking for suggestions. I am not a cloud chaser but just want good flavor and a coil that lasts. I don't know if I vape too much but I have totally lost the taste, I use Red Drop from Mountain Oak Vapors. I have always been weary of vaping at high wattages but don't know much about it. Please help!!! Thanks. Mark

If you are otherwise happy with your setup, you may just want to eliminate the possibility of having vaper's tongue

Try clearing your pallet - some can do it merely by taking deep inhales of fresh ground coffee. When it used to happen to me, I had to eat or drink something with a very intense flavor profile, such as drinking lemonade or eating salsa

I usually run minimum 2 flavors a day. I have 2 completley diffrent flavors so I dont get vape tounge. I run a tabacco always and some fruit or desert vape. Or I just eat a pickle when I cant taste my juice.

Your body 'gets used to' the flavor and it wont taste as strong anymore, just like when eating spicy food or sour/cinnamon candy. The easiest thing to do is have 2 or more flavors to swap between when the flavor seems to get dull.

Agree with all the two or more flavor crowd. I also add in what I call "junk juice". it's a mix of all kinds of various flavors, whatever is the leftovers out of the bottom of bottles all pooled together in one bottle. "Junk juice" gives you something to think "gah, do I really want to vape it", Usually it is what i let "steep" the longest and tastes alright from that. The mental trick though of thinking of something "disgusting" waiting on you can often psyche out your taste buds.
