I ran out of a medication last Friday that you are not supposed to stop suddenly ....:gaah::cuss2::crazy::crazy::zombie::deadhorse::deadhorse::deadhorse:
Be very very careful. I wasn't last year and paid a very high price for being stupid.I knew better-should have just told dr. I wanted to taper of.She would have been thrilled to help me.Took about 5 weeks after I ran out to suffer the negative effects-by then it was to late to turn back clock. Just be careful.

I slept a bit and now I’m awake! I’ve been cutting down on caffeine and it’s making me tired at strange hours!

It must’ve been gorgeous getting married in Santorini. So romantic! Sorry you’re having problems with documents.

 Stay warm, Bunny.

Have a good sleep and good luck! Hope it gets straightened out! I’d love to visit Greece. So many ancient sites there.

Evening ladies and gents. Hope you are all well.

I was fighting off some bug most of the week and finally feeling almost right again. If I didn't feel better today was time to think about seeing a Doctor. Doh~!

Not like I felt really bad just had my intestines bothering me, so did the Chicken soup method.

Glad you are getting better. Mine was not intestinal but more cold/flu type of thing. I end up going to the doctor is it develops into bronchitis.

thanks Rhianne. I need to visit here more often. I’ve just been busy rehabbing my hip and hanging out at the other forum.

At least you’re rehabbing! It means you’re healing. Glad to hear it, Sara. Since Manny’s departed for parts unknown to hunt gold, you should stop by here, when you’ve got time.

What’s up at the other place? I know there’s a bunch of preppers there, but I hope we’re as well prepared here. It’s only a few months away now!

I woke up today totally congested and with a scratchy throat. My stomach is okay, but I had that already when the flu hit me really hard the last time, a few months ago.

If you’re stuffed up, try Quercetin. It’s the best thing I’ve found for cold symptoms or sinus type headaches. It’s from a plant and is really gentle. And not expensive!

Hope you’re feeling better, Steve.

This is not the first time this has happened to me. It was not my choice, Seems the receptionist at Drs office now gets to make medical decisions for me....

no seizure, just want to blow something up...

I kicked X’s and I know how you feel. That was really horrible for me. It took weeks, too. But I’m glad I did it. I don’t want to be dependent on doctors like that.

Maybe try some herbs ( don’t mean flowers) to help the transition. I used Lemon Balm extract, and Valerian root extract. It helps slightly, but I was hard up!

I made a loose herbal tea that helped me, though. Equal parts Chamomile, Red Clover, Hops and Skullcap. It really helps if you let it steep in a pot for 10-15 minutes.

That looks so good but I haven't had a drink all week with the way my gut has been.

I’m sorry to hear that. I was wondering where you were. I take it you’re running to the BR a lot?

Being that you’re Italian, do you have fresh garlic in the house? I eat it raw when I’m sick. But you can cut it and roast it, even in a pan, so it’s not so harsh. It’s a great anti biotic type of remedy.

Hope you feel better. :hug::hug:

Not that often but when Nature Calls I was making a dash. I eat Garlic all the time and lots of it but never that way. Right now am going to eat lots of Probiotic Yogurts and some Organic Acidophilus Probiotic pills.

I edited out suggesting probiotics! Lol. I only said to roast the garlic because most people can’t eat it raw. It’s a kick ass plant medicine.

I hope you get over this quickly. The acidophilus should help your tum though.

Thank you so much love! A lot of people on here get mad when I change my avi because it “confuses them”, but I get bored with the same one for too long

I’m used to it! :teehee: How’s things with you? All quiet on the NJ front? I hope Toby doesn’t pick up on the anger vibes. He doesn’t deserve it, and really neither do you!

It seems like you’re being treated like taking care of a child is an easy job! Not!!

Love you, Amber. :hug bombs:

Things are good! Just my usual random nighttime wake up. And the FIL changed his attitude. I think when I left to go paint after his outburst my husband and MIL talked to him like they usually do. He’s actually been letting me vape as much as I want now  I’ve even tested it and asked within 15 mins of the last time and he let me go. His deal is, he’ll let me go vape downstairs whenever I want as long as I give toby a drink whenever he asks for one. Which I can handle taking Toby to the bathroom 20,000 times in an hour to get my nic fix all day :teehee:

and it’s not so much him putting me down as a mom, it’s more so he treats me like I’M a child!

Love you too Rhi!
