As far as the rally goes it was a learning experience for my son and it was just inspiring to be there and see how many stood up for the cause.... Now the final number say there were 3-4 thousand people there and that is by far the biggest rally we have done, just was surprised the turnout wasn't higher in numbers... Expected so much more being there could have been an announcement to ban flavors the next days or so.... I do understand it was put together rather quickly though so that made a huge difference as well.... Either way Trump has slowed his role and taken an interest in learning more before passing judgement. That can be the victory we take away from it all..... Sadly we may not know his intentions on deeming regs til we get there....

I wondered about the low turnout too. But like you said, Trump seemed to notice. It’s still a cool thing to have gone to, and years from now you can say you were there.

I’m glad your hand is okay! Really glad that you joined our little musical family.

Glad to see you this morning, I finally got some great sleep (thanks cbd!) and got up early.
I’m off to make some coffee and chicory. Yep, that again. Lol I finally found some good stuff that’s not super expensive. I’ve been buying it off and on for months. Supposed to be good for quitting caffeine with no head ache, which eventually I’ll try.

If you want to try it for your mom, it’s the most like coffee without being coffee. It’s called Dandy Blend. It’s like making instant coffee. With milk and sweetener, it’s great.

Sorry to go off on a chicory rant.

Afternoon everyone! I’ve been having a busy day! My niece is over because she’s really sick. Letting her sleep in my room because we have a nice comfy king size bed with lots of comfy pillows and extra blankets to break her fever! Hubby also had to run to work on his day off for a important meeting. The youngest son of mine is running around like a kid on crack :teehee:

lol so my day has been hectic. I might not be able to make an appearance today, I’ll try my hardest! I don’t have a song for Jimi’s lol so I’ll let the next person get it!

Makes for a groggy way of life when I do try to stay up...lol Time for some caffeine. So how is everbody? Good I hope.... I should be able to function in a few more drinks. lol

Doing better, just hate that one inch piece of the incision that has yet to flatten and mend yet. Have to be so cautious and keep it wrapped for something so small..... It just slows the going back to work goals.... But I shall just throw some more Neosporin on it and wrap it up and hope to forget about it for a while....lol Good to hear you are doing good....
