yet it gets all sprinkled around in many rooms..
and i feel really bad for messing up da daily mixing room.
so:
a room solely dedicated to food may be in order..

Damn Steve. Butter and Bacon in your gravy?

Not in the gravy actually on the Turkey~! That was the natural gravy from the pan.

The only turkey bacon that should exist is the bacon that's wrapped around the turkey.

That is what they call a Mesh Blanket. Was a really good Smithfield Smoked Bacon that tasted so good. With a whole pound of Bacon even though everyone was eating it on Thanksgiving there was still a lot leftover we ate tonight. I think there is still a few slices in the gravy~!

You slather the bird with a stick of soft butter before the bacon to help it stay on before it goes in the oven.

I'll take the turkey, wash it down with a gallon of that gravy, and have a cream puff doe dessert. If I die afterwards I'll die full, fat, and happy.

Sounds like you like gravy like I like gravy.

I like turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes, and rolls, so I have something to put gravy on. lol

Same with that white cheese dip they have at the Mexican restaurant. It's good on yer whole platefull of food.

I’m making homemade Salisbury steak tonight for dinner with a gravy mixed with mushrooms and onions! I’m really excited!

I want to get a big pack of cubed steak and make oven-braised Country Style Steak with gravy one day soon. Have had that on my mind for a while now, haven't made it in years. Needs mashed potatoes and yeast rolls. :)

That looks good. I make a soup that looks very similar to yours, with stewed chicken, baby carrots, onions, egg noodles, Italian seasoning, parsley, plenty of black pepper, and chicken stock base. It's one of my husband's favorite things I make - the man loves noodles and pasta.

I also make a variation of it with ground pork, cubed potatoes, baby carrots, onions, beef stock base, and the same seasonings plus a dash or two of soy sauce.

I love making soup.

Have a Stripes down the road and usually stop at several for potty breaks on trips. Their tacos are good but the tortillas taste too flourery and get cold and crunchy fast.

made one of these for Thanksgiving, a Galette de Roi...it has a frangipanni filling....I wasn't too crazy about the frangipanni filling , so I'm thinking of making it for a Christmas eve party, but using a hazelnut chocolate ,pastry creme filling instead.

A friend of mine used to make something that looks like that but it had a Green Onion Dip inside when she baked it.
You break it open when done and dip. Plus the bread was tasty also.
I wish i could figure out how to make it but, she's long gone and no way to contact her.

Oh man, how did I not see THIS? Baked beans, corn on the cob, some good old gummy white bread, and a big glass of sweet tea filled with ice. Hell yeah! :p

I don't even like sweet tea, but this just cries out for it! And homemade ice cream!

When do we eat? I know it's unsouthern and I should have my southern card revoked, but I've never liked sweet tea.

they had Stollen as one of Da challenges
for the Great British Baking Show Holidays edition.
I would LOVE to make that yet dang
All that marzipan would cost a fortune.

marzipan:
a sweet, yellowish paste of ground almonds, sugar, and egg whites, often colored and used to make small cakes or confections or as an icing for larger cakes

yet I would just love this for the holidays
