I put in a glass order at FT a few weeks ago, usually lands in Chicago, then on to my state, further south. It was supposed to be here Monday, but decided to take a trip to Massachusetts instead. They don't like vapers in Mass. They sent it to New Hampshire. Looks like it's trying to go to TheBoss. Maybe I'll get his SQ.
I do have a very particular set of skills......if you get my SQ I will find you....... ;) (Said in my best Liam Neeson voice)

Glad you got them. Can't wait to see the KRMA on the Cycloid.

Yes, Canadian Customs is on my naughty list right now!! Can't figure out what the delay is.

Enjoy!
Not to be a joykill, but even once it clears on your end, everything from Canada comes to us through the Chicago sorting facility, which is another pit of quicksand in itself.

Yes, the SQ made it through the Chicago pit but now for some odd reason Canadian Customs hasn't released it.

Finally got my CSMNT v2 and VA Radius clones from HotEcig....no builds yet, but very impressed with both, especially the Radius. They're sold out now.
View attachment 150035

That Radius is a terrific atty. Let me know how you like the C-V2. I'll probably order one this weekend unless you tell me it's not worth buying; the V1 is near the top of my list of favorites. I wish I had gotten a Layercake while they were still around.

I'll put a build on them both tonight. I think it was you that I was talking to previously about the Radius but didn't know anything about the quality of the Marstech clone. I'm really impressed with it. But have yet to put a build and use either, so I could be surprised. I'll let you know.

Thanks again for the lead on HotEcig and the Marstech. I ordered on 10/24 and received Monday 11/18, so about 3 1/2 weeks. Not terrible.

To be truthful, I like the Radius so much, I was tickled to hear that someone else was interested in trying one! I was glad to help find it, even moreso now that you know the quality is good. The Radius was one of the first RDAs I bought, and at first I didn't think I was going to be able to use it because the top was so hot. Come to find out it was really just the combination of the metal drip tip plus the fact that I wasn't used to RDAs yet, so I had some adjusting to do!

I hope you enjoy it as much as I have enjoyed mine. Fantastic on a single-batt mech squonker. I run mine between 0.22 and 0.35 usually, super-low resistance isn't for me. Terrific flavor. And gorgeous to look at, too, imo.

It wouldn't let me post any more pictures above. But I got a frosted cap for the Entheon. It came with 3 rubber plugs. Anybody know what those are for?
View attachment 150068
They're for plugging af holes to make it vape like the Hadaly. That's the Hadeon cap, they come with the plugs that allow you to close the air inlet between the two holes to offer a tighter draw.

Ah, ok thanks. This is one of my first clones of this nature. I've heard a lot about the Hadlay and others. Most of my stuff is of the mass produced variety.

I just watched Mike Vapes video about the Entheon. I'm pretty sure his was from Psyclone mods or whoever makes them. But the orings looked like shit on that too lol. I saw them and was like, what is going on here!? :D

The O-rings are chunky but I've had no issues with them on my authentic Entheon. It's a very good rda.

Mike was using a SS316L 3x26ga fused clapton in the demo. That's a pretty big coil. I guess I was going to try something smaller to start but what do I know.. What kind of coil do you like using in yours?

Nothing exotic. I currently have an N80 Fused Clapton 2x26ga+38ga, 3mm id in mine. I use it on a mech so it's a spaced 4 wrap to keep the build low. If I was using it on a regulated mod I'd run 5 or 6 wraps.

For what it's worth, I must have gotten lucky. This Entheon clone:

has good o-rings. Vapes fantastic. Looks damn near impossible to over-squonk, too. In case you want another...

Is that the color you got? I'd love to see a picture.

I'm tempted to order that just for the blue cap

In the FT picture there is a purplish hue to the edges of the cap. I can see that just a little bit on the underside of the cap on this one, but I have to really look for it. It isn't obvious like it is in the FT picture. Overall, though, a very nice little RDA for a great price, quality seems very good.

Had 2 packages waiting on me when I got home from work today. One from Element Vape and one from Strikes USA.

Still waiting on DHL to deliver my Fumytech order which is out for delivery. That would be my BD Vape Pure BF Squonk mod.

I just gave mine a cleaning. I tore it apart and threw those orings in the trash. But besides that, this RDA seems really put together well. I could've done a lot worse quality wise for ten bucks. I'm planning on setting mine up tommorow. Yours looks really nice. I love blue things :D.

Yes, thanks, me too. I did have a blue Elder Dragon on this Luna, but moved it back to the Topside when this Entheon came. It's trial and error, to figure out what vapes best where, kwim? Musical atties, all the damn time. :D

Put a build on the C2MNT tonight. It's definitely a cloud chucker and has decent flavor, but this is one I probably won't use much if at all. I'm glad I only paid $7.99 for it. There are far better dual coil RSAs out there, in my opinion, like the Kali V2. The clone appears to be a decent clone, well machined, fitted properly, but two things I don't like. The first is the lack of anything locking the cap onto the deck, so it just spins when trying to screw the RDA on or off the mod. I've had to take the cap off every time I want to mount or remove the RDA.

Second is the post mounting block; it's so big that it leaves very little room at the ends of the block where I would expect to drop the wicks. You're forced to bring the wicks out to the side. Seems to work ok but just doesn't seem like a good design, in my opinion.

Maybe the authentic is better than the clone. And maybe there are ways I could build and wick better. But I don't have these problems with the Asgard, Kali V2, and others. Just my opinion. YMMV.

You are probably going to start seeing more and more of this with all that is going on in the vape world.
I have talked to a couple of vendors that are now requiring signature at delivery. The worst part is that it is going to increase the shipping cost but for some of you that creates a worse problem...
If you're not home to sign it means your package won't be delivered!

I just discovered that you can fix that easily if you have a free Informed Delivery account.
Just log into Informed Delivery and if you have any packages that require a signature you will see a link that says something like, Register your online signature".
Click on that and you will be able to set up an online signature.
Then whenever you have a package coming that is marked, "Signature Required" you can click on it and apply your online signature and they will leave the package.

Do you mind if I give you a suggestion? Build that C2MNT as single coil, with the wicks coming down the sides where the squonk holes are. See if you like it any better that way. I built the two V1s I have like that and it's a fabulous vape, imo. My coil is staged N80 24ga with N80 Fused Clapton 2x28/38 at either 3.5 or 4mm (I can't tell which at this point). Just something to try if you have time...

Thanks for the suggestion and I'd be glad to give it a try. So a staged coil is a new process for me, and I'd appreciate some guidance on how to wrap one. Is this a single wire alternating with a clapton wire wrapped on a jig, or do I wrap the clapton with the wire and then wrap the coil?

I have N80 wire in 24g, 26g, 28g, 32g, 34g and 36g. I have some clapton wire, 26g/36g single core in both N80 and N90. Any suggestions? I'm interested in trying this both for knowledge and to see how the C2MNT performs. Thanks in advance.

The way I usually do it is I cut one length of round wire and one equal length of Clapton wire. Hold them side by side and wrap them around your rod as though you were wrapping a plain parallel coil. Keep the wires from crossing each other.

Since the Clapton wire is 26/36, I'd use 24ga round. The intent is to get the two wires to be as close to the same diameter as you can so your grub screws will trap the two leads evenly. Do be sure, when you tighten the screws on those wires, that they are both trapped and cannot spring out and cause a short.

It's just like wrapping a parallel coil except one wire is plain round and one wire is Claptoned.

You'll probably need 4 or 5 wraps. I think my coil is 5 wraps and reads 0.31 ohms, which is right where I like it.

I've not used N90, but you might end up with a snarly beast of a coil if you do use it in this. :D It will ramp up fast, I imagine.

Sounds like I can do that. Do you position the single coil parallel or across the block for the leads? Sounds like you did it across (perpendicular to) the block.

Sorry double post.

Edit: Which wire do I want on the outside of the coil? Does it matter? Should I do the same wire on the outside on both ends?

Yes, position the coil perpendicular to the block. If you keep wires parallel and uncrossed, you'll have round on the outside on one end and Clapton on the outside on the other.

That's what I've got. I'll try 6 wraps and see how it goes. May be later tonight before I can get it mounted and wicked, but I'll let you know. Thanks.
