This recipe is a variation of a friend's from about a year & a half ago that I thought had potential. Now though, 4 of the 6 ingredients have been changed out & it's totally different. He gave it a try & now has switched his recipe out of the rotation in favor of it as well. It takes 2-3 weeks to really shine. I'm on my 2nd batch of the finished recipe & really like it.

2% LA Cream Cheese Icing
3% FLV Greek Yogurt
5% FW Key Lime (Natural)
1% FA Madagascar (Vanilla Classic)
1.5% TFA Sweet Cream
2.5% TFA Whipped Cream

Looks very nice this. Do you think the lime will fade after time?

Thanks Jonny- it hasn't so far, but I've only been made this using the FW Key Lime twice now. The first time was a small (15ml batch) that I tested once a week over the course of a month. It held up well. The second time was in July & I'm still vaping on that 60ml batch with good results. For about a year before that, I was making it with TFA Key Lime (which I really liked as well), but with the whole Vitamin E thing going on, have decided to replace it.

Thanks for the reply. It's on my list to do

so this is the replacement??
4% FW Key Lime (Natural)

&^^%%$$##@ last month i got a whole new bottle of TFA key lime
cuz of a bunch of recipies i had read.
Yes I like the FW Key Lime as a replacement. I will try playing with FA as well in the future but I've not had a lot of good luck with the FA before.
I really love the taste of the TFA at 3.5% in this recipe, but I am not going to knowingly vape flavors with vitmain E. Kind of sucks because yesterday I dumped 2 30ml bottles of TFA KL down the kitchen drain, as well as a bottle of TFA Lemon Lime & a bottle of TFA Citrus Punch. I will be replacing the Citrus Punch with Citrus Punch II, though.

Nice...:D
I ordered CAP Lemon Lime today, just because a buddy said I'd probably like it. He liked a Lemon Lime Pie recipe I let him try that used TFA Lemon Lime, but now like me, he is discontinuing the TFA due to the vitamin E thing. He told me yesterday that he used the CAP in it's place the other night & really likes it. Obviously, it hasn't had a steep though. He lives a couple of hours away so I didn't get to try his rendition but I think I may try it in this recipe (as well as my Lemon Lime Pie one) next time I mix (in January), subbing it in for the FW Key Lime (Natural). I don't know if you have the CAP, but if you- there's a heads up. I'll see which way I like it better after New Year's I guess.
I think you would like Caps Lemon Lime. It’s more like Sprite/7-up....without the fizz, of course. It’s bright and sweet. Might work well here? A different rendition, at least? I may try it and let ya know.

Sorry, I forgot which recipe thread I was on lol! I was babbling about the Lemon Lime thinking we were talking about a different recipe. It is WAY too early for me I guess!
