sublingual nic recipe?

i started vaping because i was getting short of breath.
then, of course, i screwed up.
i love vaping so much i was chain vaping all day, every day.
now, i can't breathe.

i'm not blaming vaping.
my problems arise from decades of abuse of my lungs.

for the last 3 days, i've been not inhaling n that's helping.

but, if i could use my nic under my tongue, that might help me
to reduce vaping.
i already switched my cbd to sublingual.
i'm sure adding nic to my regular base would help. but how much nic do i need?
i don't wanna poison myself/

how much do you vape now.. mg?

If you do a search here, I was creating candy.. that might give you a starting point.
1-3mg is not bad to lick on.. so I imagine the same for under the tongue.
Let's just hope the fda wont find out on that.

i do 13mg/day.
2 tanks,
around 10 mg juice.,
i'll search candy, that sounds perfect.

i could buy gum, but i have tons of nic in the freezer.

its not hard to make lollipops with nic.. or candy drops.. you can even add it to homemade chocolates

I do 50/50 as well with no issues.

my recipe

My ingredient list was 100 grams of 85% cocoa dark chocolate

WRCUhrk.jpg

A handful of fairtrade coffee beans

g8TJ7aZ.jpg

These are medium roast, I think mild would be better. I love strong coffee, but eating the bean is pretty rich.

And 3 ml of 36 mg/ml WTA

I started by microwaving the chocolate 1 minute at a time until it was melted, stirring each check

cB6dOQH.jpg

LBAcRdw.jpg

I then stirred in the WTA, followed by coffee beans. I simply scooped out one, or sometimes two at a time, onto a ceramic dinner plate. I noticed the choc:bean ratio improved a bit as chocolate began to set a little.

I made roughly 2 dinner plates, like this.

I then set them in the fridge, which didn't take long at all.

41t212j.jpg

It is not an exact science, but I'd estimate each bean to be roughly 0.5mg WTA. Eating 2 gives a nice relaxed feeling, without a strong buzz, that builds over 10-30 minutes, and reduces the need to vape in that time.

zLhfg30.jpg

Scraped off easily

CINM6nf.jpg

Packaged up, and back in the fridge for gifts.

_______

Notes afterwards. Not strong enough. Stay very hydrated before consuming these

i later bought a mold, which is neater with better choc:bean ratio https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Mini-Ha...m23ace9084a:g:xEwAAOSwAPlXhJVl&frcectupt=true

do you use a 510 DT on it ? maybe you need a tighter draw.

We tried this with her already- her Moonshot tanks have a proprietary drip tip assembly similar to the Tobeco Super Tanks- no way to fit a 510 on it.
I was hoping the Tobeco tips/cap assembly I sent her would work for her, but don't think they did. I also sent her a Smok Big Baby Beast and that came with a 510 DT.
She really needs to try a MTL tank like the Innokin Zlide, Innokin Zenith D22 or the Aspire Nataulus 2S. The coils are smaller air holes, as well as the drip tip- not so much vapor. These all use factory coils, so easy for her- plus higher ohms she would be vaping 20w-25w instead of over 30w.
If I had a MTL tank I would have sent one for her to try.

The picture is of her Sigelei Moonshot sub tank.

gotcha. that was very nice of you :)

her moonshot. is the top hole larger or smaller than 510 DT male portion ? (hope i said that right).
my point, if it is smaller, a somewhat skilled person could drill it out to fit a 510 DT.

Yes Jinx'd I understand what you mean- you are skilled and might be able to fit a smaller drip tip after drilling it out- her and I , not so much- lol!
I believe it is already a 510 drip tip- the inner chimney looks tighter like a 510 also- I just watched a Mike Vapes review on it- never mentions the size- just that he doesn't like this style of cap/drip tip.
I think one of Susie's problems are that these tanks are really not MTL- these Moonshot sub tanks are RL to DL hit. Maybe way too much vapor for her.
Its is a combo of that drip tip and the coils she uses that are producing way too much vaper for her, so she coughs and her lungs hurt.
She would be able to use any of the MTL sub tanks that I suggested with her Sobra mods. She may get a better vape experience without all the vapor she is getting with her current tanks.

That Big Baby Beast Tank is not a true MTL tank- but there should be a 510 adapter in that baggie of colored Orings to be able to put a smaller 510 Drip Tip in it- but still I think that tank may be too much for you and you are getting way too much vapor- I will look and see if I have a MTL tank here.
This is what the 510 adapter should look like.

thanks, snap. i'll go look.
i sure didn't get anything like that with other tanks.

so, it's the tip that's important?

Yes the drip tip being smaller may help- but I think the whole tank plus coils that are MTL may help you as well- lower wattage tank and coils- like above Ω
vaping- like how many of us got our start or they way some people still vape today. I am looking to see if I have some things I could send you for you to try that are lower wattage as well as MTL tanks with above Ω coils.
I am not sure the two styles of tanks you have like the Sigelei Moonshot and the Big Baby Beast are good for you- way too warm and too much vapor for you with these DL sub tanks and sub ohm coils!

thanks snap.
i found the vaporfi tank that i think is like that.
i may have others that i put aside because i didn't like them as much as
sub ohm.
i can learn to love plus ohm tho.
i'm not sure why i didn't think of this myself.
that's why i need you guys.

I really think it may help you to vape above ohm again and see if it helps- along with a small 510 drip tip-
At least it is worth the shot- I see many are returning back to above ohm vaping- you will be able to take in smaller drags instead of flooding your lungs with vapor.
I am busy cooking today for our big Thanksgiving feast- but after like Friday I know I have above ohm, starter type gear that I am not using and will send to you. Some are new tanks never opened- Eleaf GS Air Tanks- I will include coils too. I may even have the iTaste MVP mod original that I am not using, but still works. These small tanks may look funny on your Sigelei Sobras- lol!
These are what I used to quit smoking and they all worked for me and hope that you can be able to keep vaping using this kind of gear.

I soaked some mint flavored toothpicks in nic once. I still have some. I somewhat controlled the mgs of nic in each pic by using drop method of measurement. Keeping track of how many drops each pic will absorb. I used 100mg per mil nic and I believe each pic held 3-5 drops (can't remembered which) so each pic was 3-5 mg nic each, theoretically. It was time consuming but the pics cured bone dry with still a good mint flavor. They definately curb a nic need when vaping is not doable. They sell nic pics and they are kind of expensive so I made my own, 100 count box. Each pic hand dripped. Probably have half left. I carry a few with me in a little cylinder attached to my keys. It was an ambitious project but I was satisfied with the results.

Yes I shake my head at those who slip and have cigarettes- when you quit- stay quit! I love vaping too and have been able to cut out my nicotine too- I vape zero nic, but love vaping. I have been cigarette free Dec 1,2014 almost 5 years and a miracle for me after a 30+ year nasty cigarette habit!
I would love to try and help you, it is gear that I am not using- and hope that the above ohm gear helps you .

I was going to suggest this too-
I do see nicotine toothpicks for sale at My Freedom Smokes and I am sure there are many other places as well as trying to make your own.

Same with me, I like to have most of the hard work done to watch the Parades.
I just baked a Dutch Apple Pie and Pumpkin Pie
Cooked and mashed the Winter squash
Mixed up a huge tray of green been casserole
Just making the stuffing now- so I can stuff the Turkey in the morning.
Mashed potatoes will be made tomorrow too.
I cook Thanksgiving every year for the whole family - even when I worked full time- now I am retired and it is way more enjoyable- lol!
Your meal sounds wonderful too- I wish you a Happy Thanksgiving!

great idea rick.
i'm gonna try that.

HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYONE!!
A piece of styrofoam block holds the pics in an upright position to dry. Also assists in measuring out the nic by drop and helps consistency.
