It will depend on what amount of volume you want to mix up and what size drop the flavoring bottle puts out but for Capella, I think they are around 33/34 per ml so for 10 ml of this particular recipe ( as quoted below ) you'd wind up with the following:

CAP Blueberry Jam 1.8ml or 1.8g or 59 drops
CAP Cool Mint 0.03ml or 0.03g or 1 drop

Id have to pull out my recipe notebook. But i belive its 18% blueberry jam and .3 cool mint. The cool mint is over powering so have to mix lightly with it. I personally like the mint to come out in the back end of the recipe

If that doesn't help, let us know when you get the flavoring and I'm sure we can walk you through it plus maybe show how to plug it into a Ejuice Calculator if needed.
