This they allow on Vapers.tv and ban real vapers.

I know it's been three years, and mistakes were made. I've more or less left the whole thing alone until someone did a stream on my site recently calling me out.

So, I responded:

If I haven't had the chance to apologize to you for the incident, then please accept my apology now. You don't have to and I don't expect you to. If you got hate and insults to throw at me, I can take it. I just want to move on.

Yeah you say that here but during the events you where known to just ban anybody for speaking against GG at that time.

Yeah and on Boob Tube you can't even post a comment so I guess it is just 3 year old Drama??
yes and no most vapers moved on and Mark is what brought it back.

my only issue was with his lack of actions back then if trail trash what ever was on and he didn't know yet it was his site he could have shut them down that moment but he didn't.

to the channels he claims of blackmail, threatening or whatever else he could have updated his TOS and did the same but he didn't.

he walked away and did what he did.
it is his site and he could have addressed every issue he claims where is reasons for walking away
and he was dating someone at that time and that person was walking all over others with protection.
i have no issue with anyone being a bitch to others and what not that was not Mark's fault but what is was his lack of actions and ultimately his whole "i was innocent claim" i won't debate but all it takes for evil to win is for good men to do nothing and that's what he did with all those issues he claims where not his fault yet it was his site and he had the power to do something and walked away and allowed the environment to become toxic so we the bigger people went elsewhere

would i go back if things were better who knows with YT the way it is and the other alternatives but i suspect the issues i had and have with his site won't change. most would have left it with i was younger i made mistakes but his video is more of a "it was not my fault dont blame me type of thing."

i will close this to Mark if you are reading it. it was / is your site you are the person with the power to have changed it and didn't so it was your fault so im glad to have at least seen your ready to move on but i think we did 3 years ago. in fact i bet some people didnt even know about it until you came here to bring it back up.

So like I said 3 Year Old Drama which belongs on the Hazey Channel.

Apologies, I forgot embedding was disabled. I fixed that.

lordmage, I understand others may have already moved on, and you're right. I should have handled it differently. I handled it the polar opposite way it should have been handled. I figured since the person in the video called me out on it that I should finally lay out my side of the story. I wasn't blameless in how I handled the aftermath, but I was accused of setting up the scenario beforehand. I can be really oblivious and that was a really oblivious moment for me. GG, the woman smoking on that stream, legitimately wanted to quit smoking. She knew about Vapers.tv and, apparently, her and a few others decided to do a stream over there. Cancer sticks and all. Why she decided it a good idea to smoke on camera? I don't know. Looking back at the situation I cringe really hard.

Yeah, I seriously screwed up handling that incident. But as I said in the video, I was already angry about what was happening on Vapers.tv as it was so I just basically said F it and did all the wrong things.

Again, I'm not looking for anything out of this other than to get my side out there and have some personal closure with it. I said some things to and about Joe that I do regret and I do apologize for. Even though I'm not a vaper and I have never smoked, I still feel vaping is a healthier alternative to cancer sticks. The issues surrounding vaping most recently has bothered me because in all the years I've been a part of the vaping community, even as a non vaper, the sudden attack and smear campaign on vaping sincerely pisses me off.

TL;DR: I handled things badly, someone called me out on a live stream about it recently despite it being 3 year old drama

hell i and others called you out 3 years ago read up in this thread perhaps respond to that. (that was how i felt at the time) and you could have came along then but i guess you were not in the right place to move on as you said and the recent news must have reminded you there was some closure you needed and i am sure if Joe and Tyger have anything to say they will.

i am glad to see that you admit you handled it wrong hell if you reached out 3 years ago i am sure others could have given you a better way to handle it. how about making that video a bit more clear on that point i walked away after watching it with a Dont blame me i didnt know message not a i handled it wrong it was my fault and i was to pissed off to handle it right. you said your side in the video but in written its a bit more clear. and tyger posted her side perhaps read up in the thread and respond to that stuff. i am more interested in why it took 3 years for you to be ready to move on. also thanks for sharing your feelings on recent events after all it most likely is to protect the state MSA income.

OK then. I appreciate that you took the time to clear the air...
It's ancient history, and in terms of the vaping industry and community, we have far bigger fish to fry right now. I'm not still thinking about stuff that happened three years ago, and I hope everyone else is ready to leave it in the past too.

lordmage, good point about the video. It's a small clip from an over four hour live stream which covered various topics. So, good call on suggesting to explain it better in the video. I agree.

Tyger, I appreciate the reply. Outside of the war on vaping, I hope things are going well for you.

I'm glad to personally put a lot of this behind me. And as you guys mentioned, I should have reached out sooner. I don't know how that would have played out. I've matured and learned quite a bit over the past few years thanks to my other ventures. I do have many regrets for how I've handled things previously, many of which I cannot change. I wonder if the war on vaping would have been easier to fight if I hadn't made those poor decisions three years ago. Probably not, but it's things like that that I wonder about.

Regardless of any of that, I do want you guys to know that I'm on your side. Thanks for giving me this opportunity to bring some personal closure to things.
