Awe, thank you. I'm glad your throat is getting better. Have you tried gargling with warm salt water? echinacea is good to have on hand when you start feeling a cold or sinuses coming on. Oregano oil is good to have on hand too. I hope the echinacea helps you to get feeling better

Yes, it usually does help let out the pressure in my noggin when the rain / storm finally "breaks". Last night I got pillows up and nearly sat up in bed to sleep. Still felt like the C-pap drowned me. Wife says today, "I'm cutting the humidifier part of tonight, see if that helps." I figure it should, as sinuses will dry out over night. Sometimes I'm a dumb wheedle boy about such things.
