ElementVape Shipping/Transaction questions.

Hi All,

I just made an unusual order on ElementVape.com, customer service hasn't gotten back to me yet so I figured I'd ask here to see if anyone has had a similar experience.

I returned a defective mod, and they gave me a generous sum in store credit for the exchange. The customer service has been excellent, but I may have made a small error. In my excitement I went straight to ordering my free stuff and didn't notice the rule stating you could not place orders purely with store credit. When I placed my order I was unaware of this rule, and under the payment options a new box called "No Payment Information Required" appeared. I selected that option, and the order went through. I received an order confirmation with an order number moments later. I placed the order around noon Eastern Standard Time. After waiting patiently for the day, the order under my account is still listed as "pending". I chose the free shipping option, so I know it may take a few days to be processed and sent to the post office. The reason for the post is because I'm unsure if the order is valid, and the word "Pending" makes me a bit anxious. I was wondering if anyone a bit more experienced could help me determine what's going on. I also wanted to ask if there's a way to make sure my package is tracked and shipped correctly on the post offices end, as USPS doesn't have the best reputation when it comes to shipping their first class packages. I was also curious as to whether or not I will have to sign for the package, I'm a bit busy and I'm not sure If I can be home during the time my packages usually arrive. The order consists of two box mod starter kits, replacement coils, batteries, and e-liquid, if that helps. I heard through some forums that you have to sign for a package if its beyond a certain weight. If anyone could help answer some of my questions it would be greatly appreciated. I'm quite new to this and I want to make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible.

Never had problem with them. Sometimes it takes 2 or 3 days to ship. Generally grts here pretty quick once it ships.
 
Yeah I contacted customer support as soon as I noticed the abnormality of the order. like I said, I'm just a bit confused about the whole thing in general and wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this. With any luck it could ship tomorrow because I ordered it an hour after their processing hours started.
Did you try contacting element about your questions?
 
The issues aren't with the company. From the little experience I have with them I can already tell it's a great company and I plan to keep taking my business to them. To Clarify, my confusion is stemming from the circumstances of the order. I tend to get a bit anxious about ordering things online in general, so I'm most likely worrying about nothing. Thank you for the replies and If you have any more advice or inputs on the situation I would greatly appreciate it.

first i would give it time. (the order) most places have a 72 hour turn around time before there is a hint of a tracking number.

second i would give the company at least 2 business days to respond to support tickets or call them directly for faster responses which has been suggested.

other than that not much can be done.
 
I've ordered from them with no issues whatsoever and will give them my business again. Best advice is to call them directly and get it sorted out.

to my knowledge you can't call element vape, their customer support works solely through email.
 
Customer Service got back to me about an hour ago, I sent them the order number I received in the confirmation email so they could check to make sure everything went through ok. They replied saying that they couldn't find the order with the information I gave them so I sent them a copy of the order confirmation, alog with the rest of the information they asked for. I am currently waiting on the next reply.
 
Like I said, I'm not trying to do anything but confirm the order is valid. I know how long it takes to be processed for shipping, I have ordered from them before. It's a unique situation and I'm just trying to see if anyone else has had a similar experience.

Sounds good, everything should be fine from what I'm reading here. As far as being anxious about ordering online, you ain't felt nothin' until you have to order from Fast Tech...:giggle:
 
Update: Everything is figured out. Remember when I said they gave me a generous sum? well they apparently gave me an extra $120.00 on accident.
They of course fixed it and gave me the 60 I was supposed to get originally so I can't say I'm mad, but fuck and I a sad boi right now. I was hyped up like it was christmas and they just crushed my hopes and dreams lmao. I made another order for an Aegis Legend Kit with the juice promo so It should be here in a bout a week and a half assuming it ships in the next two days.
 
I can't help but think that if I didn't fuck up the original order I would have probably gotten all of it. This is definitely not Stonks.
