I'm a little concerned. I have a flavor order and a nic order outstanding. Things are about to get really, really cold out. I'm worried about things freezing in transit or in my mailbox waiting for me to get home. I think burst bottles are a real possibility. Even here in Tennessee.

I don't guess there is a real question here. But has anybody had this happen?

I'm not sure the nic will freeze as long as it's suspended in vg or pg but I'm not sure about the flavors. I know most flavors are pg based so they should be okay.

Thanks. I hope you all are right. I'm hoping my nic will get here today so that's before the real cold gets here. The flavors are later and may hit the mailbox right during the coldest part of the coldness.

I had the same concern last year when things were REALLY cold and for a long stretch of time. Had a huge order of flavorings coming. They arrived with no problems. Most flavorings either have vg or alcohol in them and packages aren't usually stored outside over night by the USPS.

Nothing to worry about.

At the worst, they might be a little "Thick" when you get them.

Just bring them in and set them by a vent and they will be warm and fine in short order!

Heh, to keep it fresh, put in the freezer (in a plastic bottle of course). That's what I do with mine, and a lot of other folks do it as well.

Is that where you keep Spock's brain?

Sorry, it is late and this is my last post of the day.

For obvious reasons!

Best in glass, not plastic - don't want the plastic leaching into the nic:p

Ah, the best part is that at sub zero temps, plastic won't leach into the nic solution:rolleyes:

I guess the places I've bought nic from have always said to rebottle into glass - so that's what I do! Maybe the plastic doesn't keep air out as much as the glass?

Plastic is air impermeable, so it doesn't matter if your use glass or lpde plastic....

Its Recommended to freeze Nicotine solution[ Mine is 10% nicotine 90% VG or PG] in Boston Brown Bottles in Feezer for long term storage, just leave about 1/2 inch air space for the slight possibility of expansion. Tennessee it is O* here right now. Expected High Temp tomorrow -8* low tonite negative 18*. I have e-juice on the way-Vape Mail and no worries.

Mine came in a brown bottle. I am going to split it and half will go in the freezer.
