Well, that's a long enough drive that the hotel will be a business expense, so a quick run around the building taking copious notes, then one of those all-you-can-eat buffets, then more blackjack....
Kinda what I planned on, then return home Sunday night again.

July 19, 2019 -- Bayer is voluntarily recalling two lots of Kogenate FS antihemophilic factor (recombinant) 2000 IU vials in the United States to the patient level. Certain vials from these two lots that were labeled as Kogenate FS actually contain the FVIII hemophilia A treatment, Jivi antihemophilic factor (recombinant) PEGylated-aucl 3000 IU. The U.S. is the only country where affected products were distributed.

FDA recommends patients stop using these drugs and dispose of them.

No, but as fucked as the forecast was, it wouldn't have surprised me much. The weather idiots tell us we are now in a large warm DRY air mass. Gee, then why do we still have 70% humidity? They said it would be clear today. At best, we had "partly cloudy," but a good share of the day was overcast. They said we would have light winds from the SE. Well, at least they got the direction right, but light? No, 25 mph gusting to 40 occasionally.

Just as I was signing off last night I see a BRIGHT flash of light and immediate blast of thunder, then the lights went out to the entire hotel and casino.....first time I've seen the power go out in a casino without backup generators kicking in immediately. Damn was it a humid SOB this morning, before I got the hell out of there.

Clear skies here (OK, partly cloudy due to a bunch of shit far south of us), 83 degrees, 65% RH. Spent 2.5 hours mowing the horse pasture because the weeds took over and the critters can't find the grass. I only got about 25% of it done today because the heat and all the bumps were beating my ancient body pretty bad (riding mowers just don't have any shocks/suspension). While going back and forth out there, I noticed the cow pasture was in similar condition (all that rain helped the weeds take over), so it looks like I will be out there every day for the next week. Sigh...

Yeah, and pastures are not smooth like lawns. If I hadn't been going so slow, I would have thought I was racing a dirt bike again. Naw, the motorcycle, even in the whoopti-do's was smoother than the mower.
You'll have to ask her directly about that because I don't follow her flavor trials. She hasn't been on any forum for three days because of that damn sick Doberman (intestinal issues again) and the sick calf, and now the main milker has twisted her ankle, and both of us are tending several cats, and ... well, needless to say, I doubt she has had time to create anything new, but I don't know what she might have invented since she last talked to you. If she gets time to come on here soon, I'm sure she'll see that you tagged her.

I started on an old Yamahahahaaa, but graduated to a new Husqvarna 250 WR (a CR bike - ala motocross suspension - with tranny replaced by Wide Ratio because I was a cross-country racer). Ah, the good old days...
Not just busy, but stressed to the max, figuring what drugs or pain killers or massage fluids to use on cows and dog, and lots of antibiotic eye drops on several kittens. The one who has been sleeping under my chin for a week got into some spilled lye and Lannie saved his ass by immediately dousing him in vinegar, but he got the lye in his nose, mouth, and eyes, so we have had to feed him whatever pasty stuff we can, but he is recovering his strength and can see a little again, but he still needs to sleep in my energy field until he is fully recovered. Oh well...

Great dirt bikes, aren't they? I got mine in, uh, 1978. Lots of races and I loved it. Too bad I wasn't as good as the bike.
