Recently there was a post asking where to find this mod. (If you have not seen one before, check this link to prior post - nice pics)

As I got one just a month or so from the "Facebook Group Buy" on 3fVape, I too was interested in some spares - at least for the casing, which is really rather nice. So, I looked into this further and found these two links:
  1. https://www.alibaba.com/product-det...alleryofferlist.normalList.139.604576ebqlOk5q
  2. https://www.alibaba.com/product-det...galleryofferlist.normalList.74.604576ebqlOk5q
I threw in a query and got back a reply from an Amanda Mao:

...
hi dear, thank you for your inquiry about our product. the boxer mod have a promotion now, only 15$/pcs,moq is 50pcs.and we are manufacturer ,if you need mod or accessaries, can do OEM,we also accept that. Best regards, Amanda

I have no idea if she ever got my reply where I asked about shipping costs extra or included, and she never did answer the question about just the mod w/o the control-board. I suspect this is another of those no-reply emails.

In any event, at least 2 other people are interested, (@deezdrama @Zaxxaz @Heartsdelight ), and I figured I might as well post the info here in hopes someone understanding co-op/group-buy will see and be able to help out, as well as drum up any interest in such a buy.

  • At $15@, you can get a good ABS casing and the 90/90 squonk-elbow at the very least.
  • Fits atties over 30mm with ease.
  • You can use the generic, cheap silicone bottles.
  • Folks have stuffed DNA250c's inside, and I know my PWM board will fit inside, (I just want a spare or 3 before I start tinkering ;-).
  • These mods come with 18650 adapters and can fit 20700 natively.
  • You are "limited" to Bypass/VV and VW - no TC.
    • Personally, I have found the VW seems wonky: my basium running the same atty, coil, ejuice, watts tastes "right" in VW, but the SXK is "off" - switching to VV, the SXK returns to tasting "right".
  • Opening the mod to swap cells is a non issue: I tend to use the key from my DS-style or a coin to "twist" in the open-edges, and that pops one side free - I don't keep nails long enough to claw it open.. After a month or so, the ABS has "worked in", and you can much more easily open the casing by hand.
  • Three colors, but seriously: stick to black - Black, Dark blue, Light Blue.

Various Reviews, including this clone by @Vaping With Vic (the Rattray issue was interesting, as my first box never leaked inside, but it came with the plastic-collar above the elbow broken)

So, we are looking for anyone able to at least COACH thru a group-buy if not run it, and we are looking for folks interested in buying X units. Let's hammer this out!

[edit:
well, I did get the Varitube v2 BF 510 mounted. But, I decided to give it a whirl with the old PCB and await a spare before I start screwing with the PWM board install. I had to cut a new length of fuel-line for my squonk-bottle, but it's only slightly longer and bends.

Oh, the 90/90 elbow did NOT fit the V2 threaded squonk-pin, so I've put all of that aside. I suspect a length of ss316L in 28-36awg can be wrapped and threaded on the pin like Helicoils used by mechanics: this would let you thread the pin into the 90/90 elbow. So might PTFE tape.

Otherwise, it's vaping fine - no muss or fuss, no puddles or drips.]

I would be in for two if we can get this thing off the ground. Someone really needs to look into what the tariffs are going to be.That never was an issue before, but could cause a real problem with co-ops now.If we get stuck with tariffs it could really jack the price up.Sorry to be a Debbie Downer, but all the variables need to be factored in.

Well, I've messaged him/her/it twice more, trying to find out details, and I'm getting no answer... Yet.

A buddy up in canada "in the biz" tells me there is a 25% tariff we may or may not pay, so that'd be an extra $3.25@ (on each unit). BUT, we may not get stuck with them and we simply won't know until she replies.

Well, it's a week later, no more takers and no reply from that Amanda yahooty..

Looks like we are shot-down. Sorry folks. I'll leave this here and watch it as well as continue to let you know if I hear anymore from her.
