Fasttech used to have the frosted ones. Someone around here has a set but can't remember who. They may not want to part with the either though. They were on a billet I sold.

I have the SXK frosted set, and you are correct

No way would I part with them. I never have understood why SXK didn't make more runs of these and especially the Ultem ones. I was so pissed I missed those by like a day. And why the hell don't they make more runs of the colored BBoxes? I mean except black, they obviously keep making those, but everyone still wants them, it doesn't make much sense. I'm dying for an orange one; I almost ordered one I found at a shop in France for like $160 plus shipping...

I was going to try to make some clear ones at work but I can't find the correct file format online. I'd have to model them up myself.

Maybe shapeways.com has a file. They have all kinds of diy squonk stuff to make your own. I might look into that again too. Cool designs on there.

We have material we could cut down the the right thickness but then you'd have to sand and polish the crap out of it and then hit it with a torch without it melting to make it clear again

I'm sure they can be sanded, but I think you're stuck with the engraving on the inside of the battery side.

Honestly, if you don't mind waiting you can get exactly what you want from troydestroy.
