Classic NY Cheesecake with three cheese flavors + white chocolate! This cheesecake is DENSE, full-bodied, loaded with cheese and white chocolates. Diketone-free*
  • Cheesecake (Graham Crust) (TPA) - star of the show
  • White Chocolate (FW) - co-star
  • Whipped Cream (FW) - 2nd Cheese, medium cream
  • DX Sweet Cream (TPA) - 3rd cheese, medium cream
  • DX Brown Sugar (TPA) - 'caramel' sweetness
  • Glazed Donut (CAP) - 'flour', body, depth + sweetness
  • Cotton Candy (10% EM/Ethyl Maltol) (TPA) - more sweetness
Good after 72 hours. Best after five days (or more). Comments and feedback welcome.

The intense cheese aromas (of mixing creams) fade after a week. Cheese lovers and cheesecake aficionados can experience the 'full' impact on fourth day of steeping.

Reformulated due to Furfuryl alcohol in DX Brown Sugar (TPA).

Since I don't have White Chocolate I think I'll try this with WF Chocolate Chunks :)

Hey this turned out great subbing the 4% FW White Chocolate with 5% WF Chocolate Chunks. :D
I don't use DX versions of TPA so I just used regular Sweet Cream but otherwise everything else was the same. I think I would lower the FA Caramel down to 0.5% next time though... it was just a tad too much caramel for me.

Awesome overall though... definitely a keeper for me. :ejuice:
