I fully agree - and I want that addressed and rolled back: I think almost everyone sane can agree the "State" is Federal and goddamned "State" level - everyone was ratified to ACCEPT THE CONST & BOR - and yet.. We've been nickeled, dimed, rickrolled, persecuted, prosecuted, infringed, raided and redflagged for nearly a century.. All based on materials initially printed by the Nazi Party, (further based on Democratic writings).

It's criminal and shameful and I'm damned tired of it.

I dont think its a ploy. I think someone said to Trump either do this or they will beat you in court and proved their point. Trump painted it as an act of trying to work with Dems so in to weeks they wont have a leg to stand on.

That's a "ploy": he is giving them a single shot to fix shit - he sez publically - and they have this one chance to play.

I'd raid anyway, because they already have deportation orders: anyone swept up along with them can try life in a "concentration camp" [again].

I read something earlier today about the Brown Bess flint lock rifles of the times of the Framers of the Constitution era. I dont know if it was a link from here or somewhere else because I look at black powder stuff almost daily. The interesting thing is the Brown Bess was good for one thing. Infantry. It was not good for hunting or much else. When the Constitution was wrote every man around there knew what a Brown Bess was and has fired one and they knew what it was good for and they still did not differentiate between civilian owned and military weapons when they wrote the right to bear arms. There should be a class action suit against the government before they try to pass many more laws including more bans. The constitution means exactly what it say. the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

The authors were well aware that civilians not only owned but relied on better arms than the military had or could afford. Frankly, that is still true - but only to those that really, really can afford tack-drivers.

If you look back, you will also find that absolutely all development has all but ceased since the time of John Browning - all development. It's become corporate/allowed or Not.At.All.... This is another stupidity that only a RINO or liberal could possibly encourage.

Edit: I mean smallarms-development. We can't even count the Wiley or Automag, let alone the israeli Desert Eagle.

This is kinda world wide. A bit hard to improve on such effective weapons now. Dont think they developed the technology for phase pistols or blasters yet :p

Taxes in this country are a complete clusterfunk. Absolute Abomination.

No single person, or Parent should have to hire a goddamned tax-service.. Neither should a single-owner, self-employed biz-owner w/o OTHER employees.. Even adding some employees shouldn't be a nightmare up and down the government spectrum.

You know how I can tell no congresscritter, staffer, aide, bureaucrat or federal employee is worth keeping? None of them will even attempt to crunch some numbers and speak the truth to push a statewide and nationwide vote. No. You do NOT trust the leeches to do the job. You present facts and allow voters to do so.

For grins & chuckles, just try to ascertain what you pay in "taxes" - percents, on what, when, where - now pick a few states other than yer own.... Explain why all of this shit "makes sense".. Income, sales, gas, sin, estate, whatever they want to call interest, dividends, etc.

The M60 is well-known as an abomination, it's also nearly 100 years old and was never even a good design.

I suppose none of this will matter in a few years anyway, sinec we outsource parts to china and the russkies still use AK's - based on "liberated" nazi tech.

I lucked out huge thanks to the tax cuts. Went on disability Jan of last year so had a full year of bennys plus a year and a half of back pay. I took my tax stuff to my tax girl. Been using her for the last 6 or 7 years and she saved me thousands and thousands thru the years. I dropped my stuff off with her and the next day she calls and says I owe zero. Thanks to the tax cuts this is the first year that if your mostly declarable income is disability then it is tax free regardless the amount.

I'm looking forward to my hip-replacement needing a new liner. That day I will visit a doc, get told I'm not covered, and then I'll file disability... We'll see how long I can avoid work and taxes when I can't walk again.

I don't see how he could lose in court by doing his fucking job and enforcing court ordered deportations. In fact if there was a right wing Anti-immigration legal group with any fucking integrity, they would file suit for his delay in executing the legally required duly ordered deportations.

They know this is their last shot at a pork barrel budget packed with earmarks they can embezzle from the people. They want to make the most of it & they don't want a budget battle where Trump shuts down the government during the lead in to 2020 because it will guarantee a Trump victory in both houses in 2020 without them. Nancy shouldn't get everything she wants in a budget deal, period.
