Well started this day early, did the lawn today instead of tomorrow because I have things to do for my Dad's 91st Birthday on Sunday. While doing the lawns I thought to myself I had ordered a new portal Oxygen Regulator and where is the guy? As I thought this he pulled up. The girl on the phone screwed up the order and sent the wrong one but he said No Worries Man I have one of the ones you need~! I asked if he would leave the malfunctioning one and he said NO screw that I will leave you another new one so next time it messes up and Dad has a Doctors appointment your all set. Nice people from Community Surgical Supply~! The also didn't send the soft Cannulas for the Portable System and he had them also. He left with and Ice Cold bottle of water and a really nice tip~!

So ate lunch and went to check out a problem with a buddies rolling garage doors. Had to dig out a 5LB can of grease and work my tail off in nasty heat and humidity to straighten out the problem. So now it is wine time and fuck Joey and his Computer problem because I am done for this week. Call me on Monday dude~!

,...

Sounds like rough week. I would have liked to trade you my do nothing week. Gets tiresome doing nothing especially when a good portion of the reason is "it's in somebody else's hands". Would rather be settling into a small home/farmstead than keeping house, then setting with nothing.

No, the week was spent waiting for the fucking phone to and ring today I worked my ass off~! Easiest part of this day was dealing with the Oxygen Supply Company. It will get better it has to. Fuck it the week is done and now it is the weekend so preparing for Dad's 91st Birthday and don't call me if you have a problem your procrastinating doesn't become my Emergency I am off until Monday. Now waiting on Calamari Marinara Over Linguini to be delivered.

Always seems to, even if it doesn't seem to. Hope your calamari dish is lovely. :) We had smokie dogs and omelette here tonight. Rather tasty supper & I'm sure even tastier than I could taste. About half sitting here in this moment thinking I'd not mind a nice double rum & Coke. Of course, I can settle for plain tap water too, probably will. I scribbled more but erased it on reflection.

WOW 91 ! Happy Birthday to your Dad. Hope everyone has a good time tomorrow !

Well so far so good~! Played him a pretty Birthday Song on my phone this morning when he was having his tea. Then I went to get the cake and a card plus a bunch of Balloons. For the 1st time in 57 years he actually was excited and liked what I got him for his Birthday Present~! A Mr. Coffee Electric Tea Kettle that is faster than a Microwave and keeps the tea warm for an hour. He immediately opened the box to check it out and had me set it up for the morning on the counter. Woo Hoo~! Score!!! Now time to go for dinner at a nice Italian Restaurant and so far I am batting 1,000

Well dinner was awesome and still haven't committed an error or penalty~! Now just need to run out the clock. That is if I don't fall asleep soon, because I am tired. Long day since I have been running since coffee this morning.

Aww, that's so wonderful, Steve. Glad your dad had a great birthday and everything went well for you :bliss: . He should really enjoy his new tea kettle. I have one, but it isn't like the one you bought for your dad. I put the hot water into a thermos and make four cups of tea with it...so much easier using the tea kettle. Get some good restful sleep tonight, good night.

Worked all day outside trimming bushes and shrubs but they look nice for Father Day. Will do the lawns and the cleanup tomorrow. Freaking tired and need a shower but things are looking up. It's wine time~!

Is that
Howdy. No grilling for me today.....Indian butter chicken. Waiting for the SO to come back from moving his daughter to DC. Vaping some of @Squonk’s lovely Rice Pudding Custard.

Isn't bacon one of the four main food groups? Gawd I love me some bacon. Does anyone else think it is funny that on the back of Cotton Bacon it says, paraphrased: " not real food bacon ".

You know chef I am a transplant here in Florid. We frequent the same area. IRB,TI, The Pass, etc. I think you may have even hired me at Gators in "08". But I was afraid if the UA. Ahyhow, when I first arrived I had the privilege for working with a man named Tommy Kilpatrick. He owned Gayle's on st. Pete Beach. They were and are a home southern cooking Diner. I was able to learn the fine art of southern cooking. Previous to this I only heard of grits on television. Tommy is gone now as he was old even then but Gales restaurant is still there.

Good Evening sorry I was out the door early because I had to pick up a ton of bricks~

Then after loading and unloading them to bring in the back yard I changed the scalloped bricks along this flower bed next to the garage.

I am one tired puppy right now but had a nice plate of Calamari Marinara for dinner and nursing a glass of wine. I wish I was sitting between them on your porch~!

No need to say sorry.
Looks really nice ! I'm sure the Calamari Marinara was yummy....never heard or ate any.
You would be required to rub their bellies, lol.
Get some restful zzzzzzzzzzz's tonight. Good night.

I am really tired and sore this morning but thinking about changing the borders around the flowers beds in front from square bricks to the scalloped. When the brain is in gear I will measure to make sure I have enough.
