This rta has me going crazy. Just got it in from eciggity last week and no matter how I wick it, the dang thing leaks as I refill, like 1/4 of a tank plops out if the afc! In turn, I will make sure the wells are stuffed with cotton to just result in dry hits/flavorless vaping with a tinge of burnt. I love the flavor, look, airflow and everything about it but cant get over this flooding issue I am having.
Came from a Griffin to Kylin to Kylin v2 and never had issues other than the 510 leaking on the v1 Kylin. I must be doing something wrong here...

so what are you saying, it gets loose ?
I’m not noticing anything that could potentially get loose on the deck unless youre speaking about the entire deck itself? I just uninstalled my coils to look deeper and can’t seem to see what you’re describing. Regardless everything seems tight.
I thin out the tails of the wicks a lot, yet it never leaks if using Cotton Bacon Prime. Just stab the sharp tip of your cotton hook tool vertically all the way through the wicks numerous times randomly to make it more breathable, not squished into the juice holes, and, looking horizontally into the juice holes from the side you should see an evenly distributed very thin, see-through cloth kind of thing that covers the entire width of the juice holes.
This is exactly how to wick the reload! I do this for most of my rtas, especially postless decks, and never have any problems with wicking. Less is more.

So after replacing all o-rings and wicking thick in the coil but combing the wicks out like crazy, I am seeing progress. Since I a using 3.5mm ID coils I must pack pack pack the coil with cotton but make sure to thin out the tails that sit in the juice well. Flavor is top notch and the thing wicks lime a dream(bubbles everywhere!) Thanks everyone for the input!
