That is exactly why the school shooting occurred. The Democrats and James Comey ordered an MK Ultra victim activated to distract from the news breaking about James Comey's guilt in Spygate, That way CNN does not need to carry the negative news about Comey while it focus on the shooting. This is your Democrat Party weaponizing the Intelligence Community to attack American children as a distraction in the news and a threat to POTUS that they will kill a lot more if he continues to expose their rampant criminality to the American People.
POTUS will not stop. The criminals will be exposed and there will be many more shootings as they activate the sleeper cells making good on their threats to POTUS to continue to kill innocents in random attacks to desperately try to cover their tracks. I'm actually not aware of it in an email (I confess to not being as familiar with her emails as I should be) as the meme suggested, but the incident is well known. This has the rundown of the incident in question. I would not be at all surprised if the original quote really does come from a suppressed "lost" email that was leaked to him though.

I'm aware it is far fetched, and in theory, that is what they are counting on when they do it. There are however those tracking a direct correlation of cryptic James Comey (and several others) tweets and Gladio mass attack incidents of the smaller variety (as opposed to a Las Vegas for instance that require greater coordination).
The theory is that at any moment there are several relatively small mass attack scenarios in the pipeline considered sleeper cells where a C_A MK Ultra victim has been prepped by their therapist handlers to commit an attack. The trigger is a picture and a key phrase that is embedded subliminally by the therapist and that the prepped subject looks each day at a specified Twitter Feed and when they see it, it triggers & instructs the subject to follow their programming and commit the attack. James Comey's Twitter feed has issued a multitude of very cryptic tweets of him standing in all sorts of odd places saying odd things just a few days before many of these smaller mass shooting events that can be performed with minimal orchestration.
Far fetched, possibly, yet every time Comey tweets something like that it is immediately put on 8 chan & anons predict a "happening" in the works (sort of a BOLO I guess) & begin searching the news for the "happening" they know is coming.
Schiffty, Brennan, Clapper, HRC, Donna Brazille, Debbie Wasserman Schultz, Rubio & Chuck Schumer are other Twitter accounts that sometimes get the same BOLO treatment.
