As for the Vindicator 21700, as always it comes with a lifetime warranty so even if the ketchup trick (and putting some grease onto the spring and only onto the spring) didn't work, that could have fixed the issue about the button instead of keep complaining about it online in multiple discussion threads that one seriously has to start to wonder if this isn't just a classical ID10T error being translated to bashings on the mod. Not saying that's what it is, just saying one has got to start to wonder... and besides, there is now a constant contact button upgrade available for it so no more arcing marks on the battery either.
I own (and use) a Vindicator 21700 myself, and I know enough people who also own one enough that I am able to tell this button problem never occurred with any of them so it must be a one off experience causing one particular person to eat his heart out in this manner. I certainly don't see a bunch of people online or offline who are having the same problem. Still nothing is impossible I guess. OK it shouldn't have happened, but let's not forget the Vindicator 21700 is just a $130 mod so at least be realistic about it. You want a $130 mod without a spring or magnets, then get yourself an Admiral (I own 2 of 'em) and put a Sanyo 2070C in it. No arcing marks on the battery with the Admiral either. As an aside and as a matter of true fact, 61 of the mods that I currently own use magnets or springs. I have yet to encounter such problems with any of them in such a way that was so severe and that couldn't be fixed. Sorry if I came across as rude and patronizing/harsh. I'm not the guy who started it... lol
Immortal Mods are a brand that leaves me stone cold TBH. Not because their stuff is made in China, but because they had to change their name from Armageddon to Immortal Mods after it was found that they were scamming people with their authentics being 100% identical to the clones because AFAIK that's exactly what they had been doing on purpose. The Apocalypse RDA was more expensive than the Goon despite the former didn't give better flavor or feel of the vape after I changed the stock drip tip of the Goon with a FatBastahd acrylic handmade in the USA drip tip by Half Moon Mods. That plus the fact their [Immortal] mods are not really my style. Again, sorry...
What I like about Purge is they're hard hitting, mostly incredibly strong build quality in cohort with above average safety designs, and they simply look gorgeous IMO almost with no exceptions, but definitely none of them are ugly so I do like their style a lot, and so it's also about personal preferences a lot also. Currently I own 28 of their mods (3 of which are side firing, and in fact I ordered 2 more of their side firing ones only yesterday because you only live one time), but then currently I own 70 unregulated mods 68 of which are mech, so... anyone who thinks I buy Purge because I must be a snob should get their envious head straightened.
Finally, I'll add that the Samsung 30T does hit harder than the Samsung 20S, and that I am able to tell the difference by vaping on a dual coil aliens build that's .11 ohms, 27/36 Ni80 at 4.5 wraps 2.5mm ID. The difference in how hard these 2 different batteries hit isn't astronomical or anything so it doesn't actually bother me, but the difference is nonetheless there, and it can very clearly be felt on the vape initially, for a short while if the battery is fully charged.
