I don't, but I'm about to find out. :teehee:

Those three NR flavors that I ordered might make a decent mix with nothing else added except sweetener. I might mix them all together and see how they are.

I have seen the Cinnamon Sugar somewhere, but no idea where. Maybe at ecigexpress. I don't look at flavors all that many different places.

Not yet. We had a death in the work fam last week....we’ve been all reeling ever since. I’ve barely done any mixing, except Pippas new one.

The only thing I mixed before that was Dutchie, which should be about ready now.

I think I’m ready to start again.

I have a few and am about to have a few more. Their Strawberry Biscuit is pretty nice, solo.

Yah I go to BCF pretty much. If I want PUR I go to NR, but I've got all the flavors I want from them. I ordered all the JF flavors I wanted from ECX. Chef's for the "dirty" fa or if they have a sale.

Sorry to hear that. I haven't cracked into my Dutchie yet, I made it Saturday when my Chef's order came in. I made my belgian flapper pie with it and FA Maple Syrup instead of the belgian and Golden syrup. Waiting on that one too. I've finally made some killer fruit recipes that I've really been digging. Nice to mix it up.

Next mix is going to be a v2 of a caramel pudding I made. I know the directing it needs to go in. Cinnamon and a little bit of graham cracker for the v2 and I think a little vanilla bourbon and It will be pudding my other recipes to shame.

also, does anyone notice on ELR and ATF that 95% of the recipes have like 0 or 2 ratings and 5% have a bunch but don't even really look that great? I keep doing the what can I make to look at ideas and recipe constructions and stuff, but it's a crap shoot. I feel like most good mixers don't post their stuff, and the ones that get hype either suck or are old recipes with way too much flavor %

I never use those recipes unless I'm following someone such as smokey blue. Otherwise, its a waste of time for me. I would rather research % rates and use my notes to blend something. It's easier that way for me. I also see recipes that have quintuple the % usage I would use and shake my head. Especially if its a super ultra concentrated such as Flv apple filling. At the price of these concentrates I'm not willing to gamble with other folks lack of taste buds. I hope that doesn't sound horrible but its true. I don't care on making a recipe that has a gazillion flavors in it. It's a turn off and I have more important things to focus on. Vaping is not a hobby for me. :)

It is a crap shoot on ELR. Like Artemis, I only use recipes from mixers I know. Shyndo, DIY Downunder, Freshpies, Ckemist, Mlnikon, The Juice Fairy and a few others. The rest? Ideas, mostly.

Yes, I don't get it either. I see some people using flavorings at % that are just outrageous to me. Apple filling is like 1.5% max for me for example. It's why doing single flavor testing has made me a better mixer. I just didn't know if it was just me thinking this. I have tried like 3 or 4 of the recipes on there when I first started mixing and immediately decided it was time to start crafting my own stuff. To try and weed through all the one star or 0 star recipes on there is like finding a needle in a haystack, but I'm guessing there are probably some good ones in there.

I feel like all the good DIY mixers are on this site. Anything else I see is usually very mediocre. I am in a couple of FB groups and the stuff that goes on in there is humorous to say the least.

It goes without saying that people taste things differently.

If flavors go "off" when the level is higher than a certain point, and a person can't really taste it at that point, there are two choices. Either you don't taste the flavor, or you boost the flavor with another flavor.

Building a recipe for a person who doesn't have cracker jack taste buds, well, it's either a choice of using a lot of flavors or using higher levels of the flavors, or just loading the damn recipe up with sweetener. Guess that's fine if you want 50 recipes that taste like sweetener.

There are a few of us around who really just have to march to our own drums, otherwise we just end up with a collection of generic, bland juices that obviously don't taste to us the way they taste to others.

I keep posting my recipes because I am not by myself in that. However, I can often take the recipes developed by you supertasters, and relatively easily I can modify them so that they taste great to me. Seems like the opposite would be possible, too, as many of us have done with @VAPEROXX 's Cornbread Puddin. The "craft" is still there, still present as it came from the original recipe.

We don't necessarily have to do the same things; we just have to understand and accommodate our differences. I have learned a tremendous amount from the wonderful mixers here, and regardless of whether anyone else will ever use a recipe I develop, I mix all my own juice and I'm really happy with it.

ETA: I will also say, since I can't tell, that this may seem bitchy as hell to some other folks. I really can't tell, seeing as I'm today more than two weeks without my Prozac and it occurred to me yesterday that I have become a raving lunatic. I still mean the overall ideas that I've expressed here, but realize that I may not be as diplomatic as I should be in expressing them. Please bear with me; I hope to be able to pick up my refill tonight.

Seems very reasonable and not bitchy to me, but I may not be the best person to judge that.

I got tired of waiting for wizard to get a flavorah flavor I wanted. I went over to gremlin diy and found it plus more. They have some new one shots by molinberry. I'm trying the waffle one shot. Its a wafer type. I'm really interested in the cookie bite. I only tried two flavors from the offerings (MB). I did pick up Flv Starch, Jammy Berry and Marshmallow vanilla. I picked up a few other flavors as well. I never ordered from gremlin but have heard they are decent.

I've got 0 MB flavors at the moment. I always look at them when I order my nic from Vaperstek but then I never get any. I hear some of them are excellent like the glamour chocolate. I've never ordered from Gremlin DIY. I hear some of their OG flavors are good too. Their vanilla overlord is supposed to be on par with DIYFS Holy Vanilla. I just got a few things from DIYFS they had a $5 of 15. So I've got my nic river stuff and my DIYFS stuff in the mail, though Nic River probably won't ship for a bit.

The Molinberry flavors I bought are not available at vapers tek. They just got them in and I was curious. I had some samples from them a long time ago. Nothing really wowed me but I was super busy in real life and lacked time to really mix with them. A few were okay but I get bored quickly. I rehomed them. The lady (Maricella) who owns MB use to work for Inawera years ago. The wafer claims to have glamour chocolate in it. I was going to get the Vanilla Overload but decided on Inawera Vanilla Shisha instead. So many flavors..

So I'm putting together a flavor order & wondering about Wonder Flavours & Wonder Flavours SC. I have about a million flavors, but no WF. I keep hearing them being mentioned. What would you all say are the "must haves" from them. And "regular" or SC on those?

Papaya, Tahitian Vanilla Cream, & Banana Puree, are all excellent. Almond Cookies and Shortbread are really good too. But the Shortbread is a steeper. They have a bunch of good ones. I don't pay attention to the whole "SC" thing. I just got them at Bullcity.

Good day, I'm wondering what gone wrong with these. These are my current mixes for the past 3 days.

I can make a new batch but now with suggestion and not just wasting too much resources since I only have few mls of cons in hand. I'm ready to mix now and try it but I need some help from you pros :D

Your Vanilla Tobacco: First, please understand that I don't vape tobacco, but I did some digging a few months back because my sister wanted RY4. Think you've perhaps used about twice as much TFA RY4 Double as needed. I'd decrease the French Vanilla to about 1.5%, increase the Caramel to about 1%, the RY4 Double to 2.25%, and if you don't mind having the mix pretty sweet, you could leave the Meringue as is.

Your Caramel Cookie RY4 looks good as is to me except for decreasing the RY4 Double to 2.5%.

Just my two cents on those.

COBBLER!!!! we were talking about this not too long ago and trying to make a cobbler type crumble. I hope it's got that. COFFEE CAKE!!!!! Lemon Squares?!?! - i see a recipe called Sansa Stark in the near future (hopefully you get the reference, this WF new flavors is almost as exciting as what's going down Sunday April 14th at 9pm est)

mille-feuilles could be an amazing vape. that is a great dessert. even if it needs some help, a little bit of sugar cookie or FA apple pie, some custard premium and a little bit of milk chocolate. I am going to make an eclair recipe, I was thinking about it this morning.

I have been incredibly impressed with WF tbh. I haven't ordered a single flavor from them that hasn't been exactly what I expected or better. I'm sure they have some duds, but I have gotten some duds from other lines that people seem to really like and I can't for the life of me figure out why. None of that with them. They are pretty solid.

Agreed. There are too many GOOD vendors to be dealing with that stuff. I've placed a ton of orders with BCF no mistakes, ships out same day, NR was taking forever to ship out, but this order went out next day and during a sale, I am gonna use them for vg/pg next time because they are so damn cheap.
