Not mine, I seen it and shared it. Also did a lil research and Lincoln did win with %39.8 of the popular vote as the meme claims. Yes it was a landslide but still it was only %39.8 of all votes cast in that election.

Wonder how many times in history the Republican Candidate has won the popular vote but lost the Electoral? Would be hysterical if Trump somehow managed to benefit from the Democrats attempt to subvert the Electoral College. If it isn't overturned in SCOTUS, Trump winning the Electoral votes in these states would surely make the Dems realize the error of their ways. It would be poetic it he won, they tried to steal the election with a dirty Electoral College vote & Trump sued using the state laws they have passed under this pact to reverse it & win it after all.

Would take a constitutional amendment as well as being ratified by the sates I believe. Not gonna happen.
They don't NEED to adjust the federal law/amendments: Each state has the right and obligation to provide their Electoral Votes however they want. Popular, committee, their own senate - highest-bidder, whatever.
