the only one I see I dont think I will care for is the chocolate doughnut. Knowing flavor are they will make it taste like lemon :giggle::giggle::giggle:
Lol!!! Def makes me a little leery about the Bavarian now......cheesecake, too, maybe? Crap.....though they did pull off Custard Premium. I’ll probably get em anyway and fill out my lemony FA inventory. Haha!

PIED: adj. Having two or more different colors (pied piper!)
origin: Middle English (originally in the sense black and white like a magpie)
I just started reading from the beginning again and came across this. I think I laughed as hard this time as I did last time. That's so pie.

So.....I haven’t done anything but smell the new flavors so far.....the one that stood out was, surprisingly, the chocolate glazed donut! Smells like a real, true chocolate cake donut. I’m going to try to do some testing today, but the boys are coming home from the beach.....and they will bring chaos with them.:D I don’t get any lemony smell from the Bavarian, gelato or the cheesecake. I forgot to order the Dragonfruit(yay sales!).

Update: I mixed up the chocolate donut.....it is damn good! I tried it at 3%, 35 watts, 0.5 ohms. Kanthal single coil. It’s def chocolatey, no alcohol taste, very cakey, very very slight coffee undertone. Like one of those Entenmenns donuts. I think it will work very well in chocolate donut recipes, coffee/espresso recipes as well as chocolate cake recipes.

Disclaimer.....I am not a play dough taster.

I was pleasantly surprised with that one also. I ve been thinking about maybe trying it with some FA Chocolate and some other bells and whistle and do like a chocolate filling in a chocolate doughnut.

Hi, and excuse me for butting in. Wasn't sure where to ask.
I have a recipe that I got from hic''s store and I am wondering if I can sub Fuji for pear?
I will be using marzipan instead of almond.
I also lack Catalan creme
I have a truckload of flavors, just not the ones I need right now today :gaah:

You can but it won’t taste like @HeadInClouds intended. I do believe Fuji is an Apple flavor. You can ask HIC directly he’s always willing to help.

So mixed the above last night,it's good,I can taste all the elements in the right order with no off notes, will have to see how it steeps but this is close.hoping the wizard will come through a bit more and envelope the other flavours, but this definitely works.:)

Gives a hard candy sweetness and flavour to your mix,I'm loving it so far.if you search on Google images for the label it will give you an idea of what they had in mind.

Hey guys,I mixed 3%chocolate glazed doughnut and 0.5% candy wizard,to me it seems even cakier (definitely a word)with more definition to the glaze, almost makes it a thick icing effect, yummy.
Has anyone found anything candy wiz doesn't work with?

I just wanted to say.... Pie
I wasn't a DIY'r then but I'm glad y'all found this place and I found y'all.

Pie, mary jane, white people, and I'm not 2cool but I am happy mixing with my 57 flavors and counting.

Ha! Shoulda said, "I wasn't a DIY'r but came here & got infected .... "

Pie? Why sure. While the mention MJ is discouraged, we 'get it' (wink, wink; nudge nudge). White people? Lots of 'em. All shades imaginable, actually.

While we, too, are not we2rcool, we are glad you're glad you're here. We're glad, too! clown.png

Hey guys I need your help, got the sniffles and need a recommendation for how much menthol arctic to add to
3% Fuji apple
1% appe stark
0.5% candy wizard.

Looking for a nice gentle mentholated candy not too strong.
Thanks in advance

@wllmc - a quick thank you for Adam's Apple Cookies, a recipe I finally got round to trying a few days ago. I made a concentrate mix and tried it at 4%, as in the recipe. Lovely, even with a coil well past its best.

@HeadInClouds - HIC's Sweet Watermelon Juice recipe, purchased a while ago for $3 from https://gumroad.com/hic
This recipe is well worth the $3. I got fed up trying to create my own sweet watermelon so thought I'd stop wasting my time and try HIC's version. It is very good indeed and has become one of my regular mixes. The recipe also provides suggestions on how to modify various flavours within it to suit your own taste.

Sup FA fans here is a strictly FA recipe for y'all that is so delicious you can't even believe it - Fried Ice Cream. You can substitute Joy for Zeppola if you like it a little more fried. I like the sugary sweetness I get from Zeppola. I might even throw Red Touch in there at 1.25% instead of Coconut if I want to go for strawberry Ice Cream, but the coconut does something with the cream. You really don't get a coconut flavor, you get a deep rich ice cream.

Caramel - 1.25%
Coconut - 1.25%
Cream Fresh - .75%
Vaniglia Gelato - 4%
Zeppola - .75%

I really like the Vaniglia Gelato. It is so much more forgiving than say TPA VBIC or even LB VIC in that it takes on other flavors really well. I use it in a coconut cream pie recipe i made and it is really good at combining with everything else. It's definitely not as rich as VBIC, so you can definitely sub out other Ice Creams in that recipe if you want a little something different, but it would most likely taste like say VBIC with caramel and zeppola rather than Fried Ice Cream.

Those others don't work well for me. I find they totally over power anything I've used them in. I get an aftertaste, too. I'm excited about this, so thanks for posting.
