Okay so now I'm convinced that Steam Tuners stuff is made in China. This thing hasn't even been released for a week. I've never seen them claim that it wasn't but im now certain that a vast majority of high end gear is made in China and the clones are made of lesser quality material in the same factory.
I've heard rumblings that Gas Mods, YFTK, and SXK all make items for some top modders (read DESIGNERS). I don't care where it's made, but I just wish they were more transparent about it. That wouldn't be good for their bottom line though...

The only differences I see with that ST cap over the original is that its still frosted, as many of the other FT/3F caps are for the Dwarv.

Heck they have the Nano kit for the Dwarv 16 before they announced it ;)

The lure of money is real and the facade of being made elsewhere is a bummer.

I would prefer if the ST was glass or some form of glass...but know the cost to thread would be enormous

All I can say is WOW . Six bucks is a whole lot better than 40 euros. My problem is that my card got ripped and now that account is frozen. If I ever get my hands on one of these little shits, I'll break all his fingers, one by one.

Y'all been slowing down or sumptin. I came to realizse I like the 1.0 mm airflow and a fused clapton 30x2/38 at about 0.8 ohms in the Dvarw, I'll have to try the simple coil in the other one and see how they compare.

I use a regular clapton and the 1.2mm... didn't give a fused much time when I did, probably do well on a regulated though.

28/40 N80 2.5mm 6 wrap 0.96Ω on the minis

I got some 32/38 fused Ni80 and I've been putting it in all my RTAs. Comes out to 1.1, 2.5mm ID 6wraps.

Got a Pal 2 the other day. I'll have to share my thoughts on it later but I like it way more than the Orion that I sold. Details to come...

Well I put a 316L coil in the kanger rba and tried out temp mode on the billet box. Meh, can’t tell any difference between that and power mode. I can say I tried it now. Made a dozen 30/34 316L Clapton coils. Six wrap, 2.5 id comes out to 1 ohm. That should last me almost a year. Put a copper vape spica pro in my fasttech basket. Still debating on whether I want to try it or not. My crossbow clone and vapeshell inserts finally left the warehouse in China. Now for the three week wait while it wanders around the postal system. Ordered these off of eBay. Full condensation plugs with airflow restrictions.

Not really anything else out there in the vape world that is sparking my interest lately.

Ah man... wish you talked to @troydestroy before you ordered those plastic deals... those ones don't absorb any condensation...

Yeah I thought about that last night after the payment was already posted. I’m looking around trying to find all this stuff and all I have to do is message Troy. Doh! Well payday is fast approaching.

Pal 2 quick review:

I like it a lot! Still have some quibbles with it though.

Likes:
The 0.6ohm mesh coil coil head as awesome flavor
Comfy mouthpiece
Light
Small (size of a business card and about 1/3 thicker than the Orion)
Adjustable AFC
Decent battery life
Coils and pods are cheap
Replaceable coils
Aluminum body
BB style button placement

Quibbles:
Juice fill port gets clogged sometimes during filling
Pods too dark to see juice level
Feels a bit cheap, but good for the price
Non-regulated

IMO, the Pal 2 vapes much better than the Orion, costs much less initially and in the long run, and has much better flavor.
Haven't tried the 1.3 ohm coils yet. Wanted to give the 0.6 ohm mesh coil head a fair shake as I've never used mesh as a heating element before. Good, but definitely meant for a RDL hit or extremely loose MTL.
I'll update once I try the 1.3s.

I've calmed down a lot on buying vape stuff...just not a great deal of interest out there lately.

I mean, I still want an authentic Taifun GT4+Taifun Box or Dicodes 21700, which if I'd stop buying knives lately I probably could of bought them lol... ooh which reminds me @BrewBear tomorrow 9am doors open for the Spyderco Manix 2 from DLT ;)

upload_2019-1-14_6-36-18.png

If you're wanting the M390 variant ( basically same steel as 20vc - 204p) GPknives is releasing their Manix 2 in that steel, just not sure exactly when.

More expensive though... $139 and $149 for the DLC black blade...myself I prefer the Brown G10 over the red, but I have no preference when it comes to the 20cv/M390 or CPM-204p since they are all essentially the same..

Basically the above blade with this color g10

And or with the dlc black blade

Thanks for that, but I'm sidelined for now waiting for my new card to arrive.

The Pal 11 is legit. However, if you know how to 'scibe the Orion and use replay it is also pretty darn good. Neither touch the billet box. Billets have so many options. Vapeshell, A-tank super tank coils, adaptor for the euc vaporesso coils, odis rba .... so many choices. So many panels available. So easy to bling out. Can put a dicodes or DNA chip in. Need I go on?

I'm happy for you, that is a very nice one! I, on the other hand, had to sit and look as they vanished:cry: since my accounts are still locked!

Don't feel you missed out, there are some other really nice ones coming out soon...

upload_2019-1-15_16-31-18.png

Same Knife in Black DLC but in the M390 variant ...basically the same steel... these will be more available since a few retailers will have them... BladeHQ and GPKnives... they also will have the Satin blade finish for a tad cheaper...

upload_2019-1-15_16-33-35.png

Then they have my favorite (S35VN) coming out in the Para 3 DLC black and PM2 Black... I have the Satin one...

I did notice! At these prices, if I bought the ones I'd like to, my name would be mud!

Same, there are some $450+ knives I’d like...but that is approaching gun prices, and well I’d get in trouble if I got into those beyond the two I own now

Honey do you need another gun?

About as much as you need another pair of shoes or a purse

If any of you are interested in the Satburn mod... they opened the 2nd list.
