- Legally Declare National Emergency for wall funding already approved in military budget & build the wall circumventing Congressional obstruction.
- Legally Declassify FISA to finally expose the unconstitutional crimes of the Obama Administration, FBI, CIA, DOJ, MI6 & foreign collusion, etc & round up all the guilty conspirators in all aspects of Sedition & Treason.
- Legally exploit government shutdown causing lack of funding to court system furloughing corrupt DOJ SES (used to rig the system) causing all civilian courts to coordinate directly with deputy AG Whitaker & Federal Marshals office and Declare shared civilian/military jurisdiction Law to provide emergency funding to courts & allow military tribunal judges to help to expedite the backlog of 9,000 immigration cases at border. He is in a position to arrest all members of government & Congress guilty of corruption, child exploitation, voter fraud & trafficking of all types, confiscating wealth, & use legally obtained FISA NSA evidence to try them in a setting they cannot unduly influence through embedded corruption to excuse their crimes.
- Actually be able to impose all the above and comfortably defeat challenges in the Supreme Court due to the sidelining (death) of RBG.
I'd call that a Day to Remember and very far from a nothingburger.
I have not figured out why some people have yet to realize their cognitive dissonance refuses to allow them to see what is painfully obvious to so many others who have chosen to examine all information presented and think critically about its ramifications.
