RIFs. 8,000 State department workers will be called into work only to learn that after a 30 day furlough their formerly bulletproof job security just went out the window.

On 1/22/19 the 30 day furlough rule kicks in, "Reduction in Force" law activates enabling permanent layoffs of bureaucrats furloughed 30 days or more.

A reduction in force is a thoughtful and systematic elimination of positions. For all practical purposes, a government RIF is the same thing as a layoff. ...

Organizations must stick to predetermined criteria when sorting out what happens to each employee. They must communicate with employees how and why decisions are made. ...
In deciding who stays and who goes, federal agencies must take four factors into account:
1. Tenure
2. Veteran status
3. Total federal civilian and military service
4. Performance
Agencies cannot technically use RIF procedures to fire bad employees, but Trump will be in a position to greatly reduce the federal bureaucracy work force across all departments and performance is one of the criteria applied in the workforce reductions. The SWAMP can be effectively drained.

Also Yesterday the courts ran out of funding

They now are forced to locally coordinate directly with Federal Marshall's office & the US acting AG's office bypassing normal (corrupt pay to play) DOJ channels used by foreign powers & corporate entities to rig the system..

Courts Run Out of Cash Next Friday (yesterday). Here’s What Happens Then

So in the Q world, today is a Day to Remember.

1/19 is considered the mirror of 9/11 & it is believed to be the date Trump will declare the national emergency martial law imposition which will allow the use of military funds & the Army Corps of Engineers to build the Southern Border Wall thereby circumventing Congress using the 25.5 billion allocated in the military budget to build the wall.

Trump will address the nation at 3pm

BREAKING: President Trump to Make Major Announcement on “Humanitarian Crisis” on Border and Govt Shutdown TOMORROW

THe Q shit is for astrologers, numerologists, crystal-power and xxxxx-heads.
Don't be too sure of that, it goes way beyond the Q community, look at what is going on around us & lets not forget Lindsay Graham's questioning of Kavanaugh about military tribunals. The stage is set just as Q predicted / planned.

Here is an interesting Twitter Thread re Military Tribunals it wouldn't hurt to read considering the courts have run out of money due to the shutdown and the national emergency declaration would allow shared Civilian Military Jurisdiction providing military funds to the civilian courts to operate but also to allow military court jurisdiction over civilians as deemed necessary during civil unrest or in times of insurrection or invasion, or civil/foreign war,"

The largest Caravan ever assembled is now crossing Mexico's southern border in route to join the existing caravan currently at our southern border (many members of which have joined the Mexican Drug Cartels) & can be classified as a significant national security threat. or an invasion during a time when the government is in shutdown rendering the civilian court system inadequately funded and already unable to handle the demands during this crisis & Congress is unwilling to provide the executive with a funding bill to end the crisis. Enter joint jurisdiction allowing military funding to be used in emergency under executive authority which will come into effect when & if Trump declares the National Emergency marshal law declaration by executive order. (he did it weeks ago when he deployed the troops to the southern border).

Quite possible, but if you are gonna make a deal, you negotiate from a position of strength. I'd say he is in that position, wouldn't you?

BTW
It's National Popcorn Day

Pelosi rejected the deal before Trump even spoke, despite him offering everything they should have wanted. An emergency declaration is still possible if a deal cannot be reached & a lot more likely now than before.

Trump does not want to appear unreasonable, but it is for Congress to solve DACA & TPS neither of which were intended as permanent paths to citizenship & Pelosi's own bills from the House did not solve them either (but they do give billions to things having nothing to do with immigration such as $137m for Foreign Abortions). He knows they will never agree to anything he offers because they make too much from illegal trafficking, need illegals to vote illegally for them & to act as their enforcers to run their crime networks.

Anything with a wall is a non starter for them because it will have meaningful impact for a one time relatively low cost investment as a force multiplier and they are unwilling to hand Trump a victory even if they share in the glory.

Trump is just trying to convert as many from the Democrat base to be Trump supporters or at least forego rioting when push comes to shove as possible before he drops the hammer. DACA & TPS people must be questioning their support for Pelosi & Schumer right about now because his offer is probably the best they will get. Shame they didn't accept.

Trump would rather do it the right way, than the way his supporters want it done who know his powers granted by the Constitution. Trump supporters are bitching big time that he offered as much as he did because DACA was unconstitutional & everyone knows it. TPS was originally created for Salvadorians seeking refuge from famine in the 1990s & was never intended to be permanent. Congress has made no attempt to solve either.

The plus side for Trump is you can't say he didn't do everything in his power to try to negotiate a reasonable solution several times, showed willingness to deal on DACA & TPS (neither of which will survive a Supreme Court Challenge even with the corpse on the bench) and made himself available to negotiate on holidays & weekends before he was finally forced to use the full weight of his office to perform his constitutional duty to enforce existing immigration law & safeguard the American People in the face of a National Crisis caused by the Onslaught of three of the largest illegal caravans ever assembled combined attempting to invade our southern border.

When it is discovered that the Democrat Party was caught on NSA intercepts colluding with Foreign Powers to manufacture this crisis (in addition to the seditious & illegal FISAGATE, illegal surveillance, and illegal special prosecutor not to mention the multiple attempts on his life) and facilitate an invasion of the USA in addition to using these people to rig a US Midterm election through voter fraud, no one will have a leg to stand on to say they weren't guilty of Treason. They have brought upon themselves the death of the Democrat Party itself & deserve the sentences imposed by military tribunal for their individual actions. No one to blame but themselves.

I think a lot of Dems will be willing to vote with Trump on McConnell's Bill if Pelosi allows it to come to the floor & he may get the required majority, but I doubt we will get a chance to see it happen.

DUDE, THIS COUNTRY SPENDS SO MUCH MONEY OVERSEAS FOR NOTHING! BUT YEAH, UNTIL AMERICAN VOTERS WAKE UP, BIZ AS USUAL! Till the next story!

You will see the proof eventually but I think you are smart enough to know the Russia narrative is horseshit by now and the Dems thought pressuring Trump at the border with the caravans would help them in the midterms. We know the company funding the caravans is related to Sorros & the Chicago mob community organizers Obama worked with before he ran for office (Anons on 8 chan figured that out by looking up the foundation records of those passing out cash & feeding the migrants-Do you think an honest investigation can't figure it out?). The wall won't stop illegals completely, but it discourages a great many from trying & slows them down enough to detect via the means you describe & intercept with a smaller more cost effective force of agents saving enough in salary, legal cost, welfare, etc to pay for the wall in a few years. Where he sections of wall exists there is a 93%-98% reduction in crossings is documented. You have the border patrol agents saying they need this to do their job effectively. The cost of the wall is a drop in the bucket river of spending. That's a no brainer.

What you should be asking yourself is why is the democrat leadership so motivated to call it a waste of money when they want to give $15B to Central America & Mexico in aid for their border efforts when they do nothing to stop the caravans? It ain't only the dems, its rinos & CIA/FBI too, but you don't really think they call the state govt of Arizona the Arizona Mafia for nothin do ya? They get very wealthy off illicit trafficking dark money & don't want that to stop to save a few American Lives lost to illegals & they sure don't give a fuck about the illegals killed & raped on the trek across the border so long as they get their cut of the coyote collections.

The NSA captures every single electronic communication on earth & captures what you type on your phone even if you don't send it & can turn on the camera & microphone remotely & monitor you any time they wish. Do you really think they could do this to a presidential candidate, President elect & sitting POTUS illegally for 3 years & not expect that same guy to legally obtain warrants to do the same to them during an investigation into their known crimes? I think I can say with full confidence the NSA has all the evidence they need to put away the 80-140 congressmen that I already told you about. Make no mistake, you will be hearing about the evidence to support what I just laid out for you in good time my friend.

I know you are smarter than to think that this is all a conspiracy theory.
