Hi All, Anthony Vapes back here with my review of the Vapeam Muse RDA, please see the bottom for disclaimers and links. Note: This is not marked as a sample version
Introduction:
The Vapeam Muse RDA is the latest and first RDA from new vape manufacturer Vapeam. I had to do some research to find out about them and they appear to be a company that has a vape app and nothing else. Their official site just links you to download their app so seems like another vaffle or vape instagram type of company that decided to make a RDA. The Muse is a dual coil DTL RDA with an included squonk pin. It’s available in 3 colors Black, SS, and frosted silver (matte silver). Looking around online I only see it at 1 site which is myvpro for 26 USD

Initial Impressions
When I first got this RDA I thought it looked pretty cool. The outside is a little unique in its shape and i like the clear drip tip as well. Design wise though it reminded me of the dead rabbit a lot. Similar deck similar high airflow but instead of the angle down it has more of a block to make it go down i’ll explain later but yeah it’s really high up there. They also included a card for cutting your coil leads which i thought was kinda cool but also kinda not cool since many include actual tools these days but i guess it’s better than nothing. Overall though was kind of iffy on it.
Build Deck and Wicking (pics above)
Let’s talk about the build deck now. It’s a pretty standard postless deck which is a personal favorite of mine but which also means you have to precut your leads. The good thing is Vapeam includes a coil lead measuring card as well which is better than nothing but a tool would have been nicer. Worse off as you can see in my pics the card wants them way too high. No idea why they did that and the card in itself is confusing too. It looks like they offer a range of what’s good and a picture of what's ideal which is midway through the range of it. The ideal height matching their picture is way too tall. You’ll want to cut your leads at 8 MM which is what i found best. You also can install the coils 1 at a time as each lead gets its own hole They use good quality hex grub screws so i’m happy there. My personal favorite, and they include 2 spare hex grub screws as well but a full set of 4 would have been nice but not a big deal. The post screws come in from the side so flat wire leads won’t be twisted when installing and it works great for flat and round wire coils with no issues. I’d recommend a 3mm ID coil but you can fit up to a 3.5mm as well but it’s tight. 3mm is probably best for most people. Also move them more centered as the airflow blocks of space in the chamber as well and you don’t want to short your coil on those. So make sure the coils don’t overhand the posts where is about where the air blocks inside the chamber line up. Overall nothing groundbreaking but a solid postless deck with a poor guide card.
Wicking on it is quite easy. It’s an RDA so nothing fancy just drop your leads to the bottom.
Performance
Performance wise, I used it as a Dual Coil RDA only as intended no way to really run a single coil effectively anyway. I ran 4 builds in this a fancy 3mm ID build, a fancy 3.5 mm ID build, a fancy 2.5 mm ID build and 1 simple round 3.5mm ID build. For size I found it worked best with the 3mm ID. the 3.5mm ID was a really tight squeeze even with the round wire. Flavorwise it’s pretty poor and muted. It’s easily outperformed by many single coil RDAs and pretty much every dual coil RDA i’ve used in the past 6 months. Not impressed there at all.
