Their advice to count chemicals not calories is a great start to better health without feeling deprived, which is why so many fail at losing weight or trying to eat healthier - very good article!

Yes dairy causes inflammation that's why if you read this article you will see no dairy being used.


I did read it - quote from the article that I linked:

"Here, we report a systematic review of 52 clinical trials investigating inflammatory markers...indicating an anti-inflammatory activity in humans."

Milk does not cause inflammation (except in cases of allergy or intolerance) nor does it increase mucous production - though it can make phlegm thicken, because it contains protein

Read the reference where the authors admit to large gaps in the literature and faults in the studies; Supplemental material

Vast swaths of the article (yes - I read it) cherry pick data, and do not note contradictory studies except one, which found dairy to be antiinflamitory in obese subjects, but inflammatory in healthier populations

I also find it odd they refer the "dairy" without actually defining what dairy is
