Any flavor RDA's that can take big fused clapton coils?

Can be single or dual coil.

I like the Hadaly and Entheon for flavor, but the coil thickness is somewhat limited.

I think I like velocity decks so far, as the hex grubs screws can dig in pretty deep on the claptons. This is with the Derringer, but I only have ~3 Derringers - and they don't seem to make the clones at FT anymore.

Why are you looking to put large coils on a flavor atty? Is it a preference thing or something else?

The resident coil builders might be able to help you out with this, since they make coil porn and regularly use single coil atomizers for their pictures. It would definitely be worth a cruise through the post your builds thread.

@KingPin! likes his single coil RDA's and may have a suggestion. @The Cromwell and @f1r3b1rd do also. Maybe they have something that will tickle your fancy.

Jazz, Recurve, VLS, Drop, Wasp all take larger coils well, all easy mounting experiences

Out of that lot you’ll get a chunky bugger in the drop especially

Do they offer hadaly performance hmm tough one it’s a great performer not many I’ve tried top it

I use 10 wrap 26 ga 3mm id SS316L parallel coils in my Wasp Nanos and the same coil in my OG Merlin RTA's.
Not 2 different coils but one coil with 2 wires in it.
about .35 ohm works nicely on a mech.

Well, I've recently discovered the drammatic flavor improvement with fused claptons. (I had previously noted nothing different with single-core claptons over the twisteds I was already using.) And in order to ever use the slew of twisteds I premade, I cut those in half and claptoned the 2 halves together. So they're pretty beefy while I use that stock up, despite my having used 40g wrap for those.

fused claptons are quite nice. Hope you find what you are looking for.

If you look at the review of the hellvape rebirth by vaping with Vic's it looks like it's exactly what you're looking for.

Edit: I'm using the hermetic and it can take fairly large coils. I have a 6 wrapped spaced quad core fused Clapton at 3mm (I've done 4mm 24g spaced parallel builds in it so a 3.5-4mm should work fine) and it fits well. I have to run the airflow wide open due to the natural airflow restriction the coil provides but the flavor is awesome. The rebirth looks like it would fit much larger coils though.

I have built my dead rabbit sq with some chunky coils. I think 4.5 has been the biggest and it’s done well with them.

I haven't tried one myself but I have heard GREAT things about the asmodus C4. Many say it's comparable to the recurve with a more restricted airflow.

Zeus Dual & Faris have no issue with larger builds. The Dual can hold a pretty good sized single if you want a huge one. Both can use Tiger with double builds.

You can add Hugsvape Ring Lord to the list of flavor RDA's. It is the best single coil RDA that I have tried this year. I can also confirm the C4 RDA is awesome for flavor as well.

I haven't tried any of those higher end Hadaly etc single coil flavor chasers yet but my trusted reviewers, Todd is one, says C4 flavor is right up there with Narda, Karma.... The build space between the posts is 8mm and the AF block is also about 8mm long. I've ran 3.5id multicore aliens in it and its fine, my usual for it is 3id. AF comparable to Recurve, but smoother.

That says a lot for Ring Lord. I actually like that it's 27mm, hold more juice.:ejuice::cloud:
Looks better as a squonker than a dripper? Can't drip on coil?

I've been scoping out Pulse V2. Looks interesting for squonking or dripping.

Its a strong contender. I havent had any issues dripping it at all. I just tilt it to the side, drip to side and swirl it like a martini. Dripping onto the giant air column will cause it to weep a little. Been filling the damn thing up in the base to where it shows in the glass about 1mm. No problems. I am super impressed with it. I plan to score the glass to get a little more airflow out of it, but thats just purely preference.

Me too!!! But that's kind of more a sentimental thing for me. The OG pulse 24 was my first real RDA (I got started late in the dripping game). To this day I still can't find a great vape from it. The pulse v2 is a complete rework of the entire atty. They really should have just renamed it honestly lol.

Seems some manufacturer's try to cash in on the names of prior successes.
Kylin II is another that to me isn't even...

It does only come with glass caps. For some odd reason they they are not the same diameter as the airflow, I am going to take a diamond file and score the holes to match the airflow so I can get just a little more. At its most wide open its about the same as a modfather RDA at 50% closed down. The draw is very similar to that.

Yep saw the size diff in reviews a week or so ago, and then realized what you meant by score
