iJoy Capo 100W Poor Battery Life, does the mod suck?

I have an iJoy Capo 100W with a battery somewhere in the 1500MaH range. I've been hitting at 40W to try and avoid burning my cotton and juice in my Zues tank (http://vapingunderground.com/thread...y-tastes-burnt-need-help.452702/#post-2340501)

When the battery starts to get low after only a few hours of vaping, it barely hits at all. Just personal preference from using my wifes vape I'd like to be hitting around 70-80w so that makes me scared to try a 3000MaH battery in my mod because that sounds like it would also only last a few hours.

Am I wasting my time with this iJoy Capo or should I just upgrade the battery?

Thanks. I know this does not specify 21700 batteries but I have one of these that I bought in 2016 and wondering if it is safe to put my 21700 in it. The LI-ION batteries it lists in the description are all 3.7volts as well.

Sorry but I do not use 21700 cells and have no idea.
Hopefully someone else with more knowledge about chargers and 21700 cell will contribute?

I do know that if they will fit in the charger ok they are fine.

all the li cells that vapers use are called 3.7 V cells but they all charge to 4.2 volts.
3.7 is just the median voltage for the li cells. The output voltage drops as the cells discharge.

I personally found the Capo to be very wimpy - and I am a low wattage vaper

Ended up giving mine away, but almost just threw it away it was so shitty

Also, see this thread - I'd given up on it well before this issue started Ijoy Capo Squonker auto-fired.

In most of the single cell mods that claim 100W one has to build close to the lower ohms limit of the mod to vape at the higher wattages and even then they get wimpy fast.
As the battery discharges some mods will display that they are downshifting the wattage and others just tell you nothing.

Haven't got the new battery yet but I took mine out and it charged on the EBL charger. It is an 18650 battery, and man does it suck. It looks like a generic battery, with no branding. Only vaped for a few hours last night and it was dead, less than 3ml of liquid.
