How often are you changing your mesh and wicks? I’ve been looking online and can’t find anything. For reference I’m using Nexmesh and Firebolt cotton at 60-70w. Thanks in advance!

Hey @pkane11384!

My coil has been an absolutely beast ever since I first built it. Even though I bought two additional 10-packs of mesh coils, I've been using the very first coil for over two months now & it's still working great (mid-Sept to now).

I've cleaned it up & rewicked it a couple times using a total of 3 Wotofo agleted/threaded cottons (including the initial build), & the flavor is as pronounced & crisp as the day I first built on it.

I have a feeling those 20 coils are going to last me a long, long time. Been squonking with it on my Rage & now it lives there & never moves. They're married now, haha!

So.yeah, I love this thing so much... I think I'm gonna have to buy a 2nd one. I have the gold one, but next for me will be that awesome looking blue one! :)

What are you using to clean them? I use sweet juices so I know they might gunk up faster but is it the same process as a traditional coil? Warm water, heating and brushing?

The easiest tip, Heat it up!Then put into a water. Then done, you get a new Mesh coil .
Maybe other one has any other tips. But this is the only way i know. anyway,it works for me.

I change the wick every other day when I change the juice. I use rayon and I've gone as long as 4 days, about 80mls, and it was pristine. As for coils, the kanthal ones seem to last a very long time and they clean up nicely. I prefer SS mesh and they can easily go a couple of weeks and I like sweet juices.

Yes, I simply remove the cotton, heat the coil a few times at around 45W, rinsing gently with water in between heating. Works like a charm! :) Using A1 coils, by the way.
