Vape of yesteryear

This thread is for people who still enjoy older vape setups.

I'll start off:

Here's my Innokin Coolfire II. The mod is stupidly shaped like a grenade (it was already stupid in 2013 when it came out). The dripper is a Smok Dripper RDA with the drip tip sawed-off to make it shorter, the airhole enlarged to 4 mm for direct lung hit, and the finish dulled out with #2000 sandpaper.

The RDA is mounted with a 32-gauge, 4-wrap, 2.1 ohm coil. With the enlarge airhole, it gives a surprisingly modern and convincing vape. It's best enjoyed with 12 to 18 mg juice, and sticking more than 7 drops in the dripper is pushing it. Still, it gives 15/20 tokes on one refill, and the 18350 battery lasts forever at 12.5W :)

Here's another one: the fabulous Innokin iTaste VV v3, with a Mini A7 14mm RDA; it's shaped like a pen, it has a cap like a pen, and it fits in your shirt pocket like a pen:

It used to come with pretty good, but not rebuildable square plastic tanks, that had an unfortunate tendency to crack in a hurry with acidic juices. I still have some of these tanks for historical purposes. But the mod really shines with the Mini A7 RDA: at 11W, it's a very good, flavorful dripper - and it fits inside the pen cap too :)

That there is a very good travel mod, even in 2018. I still use it regularly when my company sends me on business trips abroad.

Trusty mtl setup...
dna30 with a Kayfun lite.
I’ve had both of these since they were released some 5 years ago(at least). They still get regular use.

More of the same: the Cool Fire II grenade, but with a Demon Killer Tiny RDA (which is a modern atomizer):

I only have one of them little drippers - which bothers me, because they work great, and they're not made anymore...

And another one from years past: the Stingray mod in 18350 configuration, with an Adler Industries Mikro RDA and a Taifun drip tip:

Best high performance stealth setup you never saw! At least it's high performance for 20 minutes or so :) But it's enough to get your kicks during a layover at the airport.

Can you tell I spend way too much time up in the air?
