I'm looking for help buying diluted nic in Pakistan. There are a couple of DIY online retailers and they are quite good and helpful but the nic prices ($5 per 10ml) kinda take away the joy from the whole 'saving money' aspect of the process. So I was thinking about ordering some from HiLiq and I need someone to split the shipping costs with. So PM me if someone's interested or has a better idea. I'm located in Rawalpindi. Thanks.
